Efficiency Apartment located in the Heart of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens and you will need to bring your own. Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. This apartment has been completely remodeled. It is a great get away for a couple, small family, or even a few friends. This apartment has hardwood floors and all new furnishings. It is on the ground level. You can relax on the patio or walk around the side and walk just a few steps to the ocean or walk in the other direction to the downtown area. You do not have to cross any streets. It is convenient to all local restaurants, local grocery store, pizza parlor, surf shop, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and more. You can enjoy the 'walking loop' which is just a few steps away to begin the 3 mile walk around the island for exercising or just pleasure. The pier is just a short walk down the beach for fishing or fun. This apartment has all the amenities of home and the private area that make it just a quiet relaxing fun place.

Perfect Studio!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. Fabulous location & perfect space for my husband & I. Very clean & has all we need. The only complaint I have is how loud the people were above us late at night, after 10pm or 11pm. It sounded like they were dropping heavy objects on the floor. This won’t keep us from returning though. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome find!!

This place was perfect for our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and there’s restaurants and shops right in front of you! It’s also private and very clean and cute. I loved it! Would stay again 100%

Another fabulous stay!

We have stayed in this efficiency apartment several times. As usual, everything about it was absolutely perfect. The best part to us is the location. It's convenient--right in downtown Wrightsville Beach, but still very quiet at night. We will certainly return again.

Enjoyed my little getaway stay during Thanksgiving. I have stayed at one of the rental spaces at this owner location at least 4-5 times and always serves my needs for location, convenience and feel safe.

Location, Location, Location

Property is small, but clean with a parking spot (critical for the neighborhood!) and only a HALF BLOCK FROM THE BEACH AND SHOPS!! Highly recommended ... especially if you like your traveling partner!

Cozy little place! Perfect for a couple or just by yourself!

I would love to stay longer here! I really enjoyed it. It’s a stones throw from the beach. Cute little kitchen and bathroom! Very comfortable space! There is an outside barbecue, Shower, and picnic table! Very clean. Comfortable bed and plenty of lights! Clay was extremely easy to deal with. He answered all my questions That I had about the place! Love deck and would definitely come back!

Great little Beach Studio

Quiet and has everything you need to stay close for those lazy days on the beach. Will return many times as we have moved 3 hrs away. We are in our 60’s and thoroughly enjoyed our first floor studio stay! Owner very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Efficient surfer spot

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick long-weekend surf trip & this was the perfect spot! Efficient is the perfect word for this place - definitely small, but great for 2 people looking to spend lots of time at the beach and walking around Wrightsville!

I could not get the cable TV to work and I think it was possibly related to the technology outage that occurred prior to my stay. I know others had problems with cable after the outage and had to call the cable company to get it back up. But I was not there to watch TV so it was fine without it.

Perfect little spot

Was a quick trip to wrightsville beach. My daughter attends UNCW so it was the perfect spot to stay and relax. Walking distance to beach, Vito’s tower7 and not a bad walk to Sundays either! Will be back again. Thank you! Simple parking and quick response if anything is needed.

Beach weekend

Small comfortable cozy location 2 minute walk to the beach everything is so convenient walking distance and the other guests were very friendly and the surrounding areas very clean and pristine location very safe and perfect family environment

Better than the add suggested. Clay is absolutely a Super Host!

Impeccably clean, cute, quaint and quiet!!! Very close to the beach, just a few hundred feet from the door to the short, fine, white sand path to the beautiful Wrightsville beach! The add doesn’t do the studio justice Clay. Clay is a fantastic host! He’s great at communicating and answering questions and he made everything very simple every step of the way. It was very well stocked and appointed and I am very impressed with the use of space. The Heat/AC mini split provided a perfectly climate controlled environment of our whimsy. The thermostat is the first thing you see when you walk in the door! The bed is extremely comfortable and he spares no expense on clean, comfortable pillows! The kitchen is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to keep it clean and to do your own dishes. He even provides good quality toilet paper!!! Our daughter was very impressed to hear about the toilet paper, on the phone, haha! We are extremely excited to visit again in the very near future as the price was more than fair. Thank you very much again for your attention to detail and your gracious hospitality Clay! We really couldn’t have been more pleased. Sincerely, Jeff and Lynnetta!

A Wonderful Get-Away!

This unit is immaculate. We found the space very comfortable: bed, loveseat, shower, kitchenette, hot & cold outdoor shower or hose for cleaning when coming off of the beach, free access to a washer and dryer, quiet location yet close to beach, restaurants, and retail, Wi-Fi, and cable T.V.. Outdoor picnic table and grill available. Wonderful! The hosts are great communicators. We will visit this spot again.

Beach Vacation

This place was in the perfect location! It was a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, bars, and tourist shops. We never had to get into the car! The place was the perfect size. It had an amazing back patio that got shade in the afternoon after the beach. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the warmth. Would highly recommend!

This apartment building has been in our family for many years. It is one of the few old beach houses that remains. We have remodeled a little along still keeping the charm of the 'old' beach feeling.

This apartment has a wonderful back outdoor setting. Table and chairs with large umbrella to keep out of sun. The area has a wooden fence for privacy. You have a wonderful view of the ocean and the area. It is located on a safe and fun street. Everyone is friendly. Just a nice, quiet, relaxing place. Approximate square footage is 275.
