Efficiency Apartment located in the Heart of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens and you will need to bring your own. Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. This apartment has been completely remodeled. It is a great get away for a couple, small family, or even a few friends. This apartment has hardwood floors and all new furnishings. It is on the ground level. You can relax on the patio or walk around the side and walk just a few steps to the ocean or walk in the other direction to the downtown area. You do not have to cross any streets. It is convenient to all local restaurants, local grocery store, pizza parlor, surf shop, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and more. You can enjoy the 'walking loop' which is just a few steps away to begin the 3 mile walk around the island for exercising or just pleasure. The pier is just a short walk down the beach for fishing or fun. This apartment has all the amenities of home and the private area that make it just a quiet relaxing fun place.

Beach Vacation

This place was in the perfect location! It was a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, bars, and tourist shops. We never had to get into the car! The place was the perfect size. It had an amazing back patio that got shade in the afternoon after the beach. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the warmth. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, lovely property

We enjoyed everything about this rental! Convenient to the beach as well as some very nice restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Owner was more than accommodating!

Perfect!

Went down for my daughter's orientation at UNCW, the place was perfect for 2 people. Clean and great communication with owner. Just a minute walk to the beach and minutes from several restaurants/bars, pizza, the Trolly Stop hotdogs and coffee and also an independent grocery store that serves breakfast biscuits and lunch. Will definitely book again!!

Nice place

Clay’s place is very nice. It has a great mattress and air/heat exchanger that is extremely quiet and you control it yourself. The location is close to many good food places and a grocery for supplies. The walking trail is right out the door and is great too! Clay was great with his communications with us.

Clean and quiet

Beach house

Clean unit, well maintained yard, with a private outside space. Clearly marked parking, which is not always the case in Wrightsville Beach. Very close to beach, groceries and restaurants.

Weekend getaway

Everything was great until we realized we had no control over the heat and Air which they kept on 71°. Not ideal for two menopausal women. Then we found the blood on the pillow and the floor. Property manager was not very responsive. He did finally get back about the air and told me it would cool off and there was a fan in the closet. Never got back with me about the blood that was found.

Wonderful spontaneous getaway to Wrightsville Beach

The cozy studio met all our needs. Just a few steps to the ocean, convenient parking for one vehicle right next to your door. Clean gas grill just outside the door along with a picnic table with umbrella. Robert’s grocery is also just around the corner as well as King Neptune’s, Vito’s Pizza, Tower 7, ice cream, coffee and more!

Beach Abode

This is a great studio apartment. Well equipped for a solitary or couples getaway to the beach. Location was a quick walk from the beach and convenient to multiple restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable.

Cozy and Convenient

This efficiency apartment uses its space well and provided us a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Just an FYI that in addition to bringing sheets and towels, bring dish towels for the kitchen as there were none. Also bring any staples like coffee and spices, although salt and pepper are provided. Easily walkable to the beach and sites in Wrightsville. Thanks for a nice place to stay!

Convenient, cute and clean

Staying four nights for family Christmas fun was the reason. The price was very fair. Parking and getting around was very easy. I will come again I didn't mind bringing my own linen. Place was spotless.

Perfect little retreat!

The unit was very very charming and the perfect amount a space for the two of us. Cannot beat the location! It is super close to the beach and to some great places to eat and drink. It was very clean and was the perfect retreat. Would highly recommend!

My favorite quick getaway spot

I love this little place. It’s right in the middle of everything, but with the little back patio, it feels very private. Just around the corner from bars and restaurants and the beach is just around the corner the other direction. Peaceful, has everything I need for a quick getaway. The owner is great, very easy to work with. Looking forward to my next stay!

This apartment building has been in our family for many years. It is one of the few old beach houses that remains. We have remodeled a little along still keeping the charm of the 'old' beach feeling.

This apartment has a wonderful back outdoor setting. Table and chairs with large umbrella to keep out of sun. The area has a wooden fence for privacy. You have a wonderful view of the ocean and the area. It is located on a safe and fun street. Everyone is friendly. Just a nice, quiet, relaxing place. Approximate square footage is 275.
