Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Stone Crab Suite 102 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.  
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

I was very pleased with the room and all steps leading up to staying here. Process was all very easy and the room was very nice. Absolute great location! I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Beach retreat

The beach is so close we popped over for sunrise, sunset and beach fun in between. Great location with good options for eating.

We absolutely loved the condo and it was steps from the ocean! The pool was delightful and the places to eat were steps away too. Everything from coffee to delicious hotdogs and pizza and even the fancy restaurants were minutes away. The best part was the wonderful mattress! It was like sleeping on a cloud. We highly recommend!

It was great to have parking spots dedicated to you there is not much for parking if not. Loved being so close to the beach. The only thing I would change is there needs to be somewhere to was your feet after being at the beach before going into your condo.

Clean rooms and fantastic location regarding distance to beach and local restaurants. Parking was easy with the inclusion of a designated spot. Very happy with the trip!

There is a lot of traffic during prime season so plan accordingly for your daily adventures. The place was close to most restaurants and bars.

Thank you for letting us stay! We enjoyed the beach and downtown Wilmington. Upon arriving we noticed mold on the shower curtain and behind the shower faucet. One of us cut their leg open on the corner glass table because it is not covered with padding. The balcony was great and we appreciate you letting us stay.

Location!

What an amazing location! Could not be any closer to the beach. the local shops, restaurants and small grocery store were right there.

Prime spot - Close to the beach and restaurants

Pros: Access to beach, parking and comfy bed Cons: location is too loud during the weekend, bathroom and kitchen could use an upgrade. Overall a nice cozy place.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Very impressed with cleanliness of entire property, building and our unit. Especially being a 4th of July holiday weekend/week. Easy access to beach and so many local restaurants and stores. Awesome shower! Hughly recommend.

Parking was good. The property is beside a public beach access, making the beach accessible. Note that it can get loud at night because of the public access (#29). The unit is fine, but I did expect a little more for the price. The bathroom light rattles and flashes and the door lock sticks. The knob came off of a lamp when we tried to turn it on. The closet door in the bedroom needs a closet door, not a locking door with a keyhole on the outside facing knob!!! and no key. I shut the door and it locked up my clothes. I did not lock it, it just locked. I called 2 numbers provided for help and one was a wrong number. I called a maintenance line and then followed up with 3 calls the next morning and luckily Hunter came in to save the day. The bunk beds are to the left when you first walk in. It is nice to have the washer and dryer. The coffee maker worked well. The dining table is nice and big. The dresser in the bedroom is large and fits lots of clothes. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken completely off (next to the dining table). There is a sign next to the top bunk that says if possible not to sleep there because the bed is too hard to make up. There are carts to haul your things but doors are not cart friendly (raised door thresholds, no handicap door openers so you must hold door open while trying to push in cart). The chairs on the balcony are great! It was okay but I would not stay there again for that price. From the balcony, you can see the ocean.

Very easy location to access everything. Clean and well kept Only issue was lights but likely just b/c I did not want to bother host. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper, as it is pretty loud esp with the bars/street noice.
