Great place to stay!

We spent our daughter’s spring break here and it had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stores to grab anything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature! We all enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house in great location

Our 3 generation group had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfortable, well equipped house. The pool was just perfect & the house is very well situated for many excursions. We’re sad to leave & hope to return

Family Trip

This property was awesome for our grandkids. The pool was heated, there was a foosball table, and lots of room to spread out! Convenient location.

Great place for families

This house was perfect for my out of town family to stay during my son’s graduation. We had a few issues with the AC and one of the toilets initially, but Alyssa and Brendan were awesome in taking care of everything. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place for family time

This was a perfect property for us as our extended family gathered in Phoenix for our holiday celebration. The property owners were very responsive and the property was perfect for all ages. The younger kids loved the pool, the older kids took full advantage of the dinning/game table. There were lots of places inside and out for people to gather and relax. I highly recommend this location and would book this again.

Spacious house in a secluded location

House was large, pool was clean, great secluded location with privacy. Host was great with communication. Beds were huge and the master bedroom and bathroom were legit. Would have liked for host to provide laundry soap, but no biggie... Thanks for hosting!

Fun Family Gathering

10 family members. Plenty of room for all to be comfortable. Pool and fire pit were great and the new corn hole game provided us with a double elimination tournament opportunity:) Kurt was so responsive to all questions. THX for a wonderful time!!

Excellent time was had by all.

Overall this place is great for a smaller group of younger adults, or family with children that are able to climb stairs to access the 3 bedrooms and great room on the upper level. One full bath was challenging for 6 adults staying upstairs. Half bath on main level was helpful and full bath in master suite was shared which helped as well. Additional bath towels and bath mats/rugs are recommended. There was no furniture such as dressers, drawers or mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms, or any place other than the floor for living out of our suitcases. Trash/recycling did not appear to have been emptied on the Monday of our arrival, which made for overfilled garbage bin on the Monday of our departure. Minor issue. Would advise some tools for fire pit. No whirlpool/jacuzzi and pool was unheated which kept all but the brave from using during our stay. House, pool and yard was clean and well maintained although I reported the pool lounge chairs were torn when we arrived. When I advised management about a noisy bath fan on day 2 or 3 they responded immediately to arrange repair - which we declined, and the noise ultimately stopped during our stay. Neighbors and neighborhood were quiet - even when we weren't - which was appreciated. We had no Foosball players in our group so the living room and that device went unused. Had that been a pool table on the other hand.......Other than the minimal furniture and two story challenge and for us in the soon to be senior age group, we were very happy with the choice and had a great time in the large kitchen, great-room and around the grill and fire pit.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great experience here! We mainly golfed, hiked and relaxed around the pool. Great communication with owners. It was a very comfortable home with lots of space. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for a family getaway

The house was tidy and spacious. Loads of room for our family of 4. Well appointed kitchen. The beds were quality mattresses and we had really comfortable sleeps. The backyard is as gorgeous as it looks. We saw (and heard) coyotes in the mountain beside the home which was pretty cool. —we felt safe as it is surrounded by a sturdy gate. The 202 is super accessible which makes this home an exceptional location for doing all sorts of things in the Phoenix area. Loved our visit!

RACING and RELAXING

Came to Chandler, to attend Radford's racing school. Which my husband and I highly recommend! A bonus, staying in this beautiful home, with all the amenities, the pool a must! Love this immaculate home! Kurt and Michelle also afforded us a little extra time to check out. Which was most appreciated. Coming back for another driving class and will definitely stay here again!

family reunion vacation

Great house...nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen, Quiet neighborhood .Everything was as pictured and described. Owner was responsive to a pool issue which was resolved quickly. Short drive to food stores. Welcome bottle of wine from Kurt and Michelle was a nice touch. Would stay here again .

Perfect group stay!!

We had a wonderful friends week at this incredible home!! EVERYTHING you would ever need plus more is available, hosts are attentive, there if needed, though everything was perfect! Master suite is a beautiful retreat in of itself! We plan to book our annual trip again next year, why risk less then perfection
