This is a beautiful, modern, Villa located in Palm Beach, Aruba. It is located in a quiet, safe, neighborhood and is walking distance to Palm Beach. It is also walking distance to many restaurants, movie theater, and shops. This is a great place to Work From Home in paradise! We have a desk and office chair set up for anyone who wants to work. This spacious home is the perfect place for families or large groups looking to stay all together and have an unforgettable vacation. We can sleep up to 8 adults and two infants, along with that we provide a fully equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area with picnic table, foosball table, and so much more:

The next door neighbor was grinding metal for the four days we stayed here. Then we left.

Great for a convenient but quiet stay for adults or families

Great set-up with everything you need in terms of location, property design and amenities. Walking distance to everything but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Some minor cosmetic issues (addressed with the Property Manager) but nothing that would keep us from renting again! Excellent communication with the Manager. Overall a great experience!

Listing not accurate and issues during our stay.

Josie, the property manager, was very kind and extremely helpful. She replied to messages quickly and was great to work with. The property however has things that should be fixed or included in their listing so renters know these things prior to booking. The water heater is solar powered, so there was no hot water in the mornings or evenings. There is no microwave. There are no closets or dressers in two of the bedrooms. There are no outlets in the bathrooms. There is a video camera in the living room and on the back deck. There were other smaller things that we usually would overlook but were inconvenient during our stay: the dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes (even after the property manager ran it on a 4 hour cycle), the lever on the toaster didn’t work, the drain in the main shower was clogged when we arrived causing the water to flood into the bathroom, the light by the extra bedroom/laundry room didn’t work so it was very dark walking back there at night, the walls and many marks on them and the couches are worn/have stains, and the wifi doesn’t work in the back extra bedroom. I think when the listing is updated to accurately reflect the property and the other things are fixed, it would be a good place to stay. The outdoor seating area is a great place to spend time and the location of the house is very convenient to the beach and town.

Magical

If you are looking for something bigger than a hotel STAY HERE. We travel often and my family agreed we have never stayed somewhere so perfect. This home was amazing to be at, I have endless good things to say. It was CLEAN, up-to-date, looks just like the images! They had EVERYTHING, I mean everything. At one point we needed batteries for the remote and found both AA + AAA unopened packages. Shampoo, conditioner, BUG spray! Plenty of towels, toilet paper, detergents, pool toys, beach chairs, coolers and the list goes on. There is even a pool guy that comes to maintain the pool twice a week. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of MOËT ♥️ We stayed almost 3 weeks and we had an amazing vacation bc we felt at right home in this amazing place. All this before mentioning the fact that it is walking distance to the cutest downtown area with tons of shopping, good restaurants and the beach!! We loved everything, THANKYOU to both of the owners. If considering STAY HERE!

Slice of heaven

My girlfriends and I enjoyed are stay at the palm beach property. We soaked in the pool, caught up on Netflix shows, spent a lot of time at the beach and utilized the kitchen daily. The host was very accommodating and friendly. This is the second time we have rented a property belonging to Robin and Josie and this property like the first did not disappoint. The property is very beautiful, well kept and the spacious. Thank you again for allowing us utilize your space. Our happy home away from home on the happy island.

Perfect Location for Palm Beach

If you want to be in the Palm Beach are this house is in the perfect location. Very short walk to bars, restaurants and of course the beach. Communication with the property managers was amazing as I received responses to everything in minutes. The house is perfectly laid out for 2 or even 3 families with a separate apartment. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Another great stay in Aruba!

First of all, communication was entirely flawless from booking through check-out, and all in between. We were a party of 6 adults (3 couples). We only utilized the main house for the most part. The 4th room/apartment is good, but it adjoins the laundry room and does have a little bit of that common moist scent about it -- the AC was able to 'dry it out' in short time. Note that the toilet attached to the 4th bedroom/apartment seemed to flush/drain very slowly, so we chose not to use it. The main house is spacious and great for a group. We had a chef come in one night and the kitchen was perfect for him and his crew and our family. The chef noted that he could have used a few more kitchen essentials while onsite, but that may not be an issue if you're not planning to leverage the kitchen in a big way/in an ongoing manner. The house was cleaned quite well prior to our arrival. The kitchen water drains a bit slowly, but, once communicated, the owners came right by to try to address it. It seemed to have improved a bit. The neighborhood was great -- very quiet and we walked to/from the beach many days. Many fun beach toys/accessories were made available by the owners. A garage door opener would be great so that you don't have to always hop in and out of the rental to get in/out of the driveway.

Was absolutely perfect! It was better than the pictures. The only thing we would suggest to improve your property would be: A keypad entry to get in to the house instead of the keys Extra hand towels for the bathrooms A trash can in the guest bathroom and the apartment The dryer left a grey residue so maybe get that looked at And the mast shower seemed to just flood out instead of drain (probably just clogged) The one light in the living room also flashed constantly We loved the location, the pool, the house. Everything was lovely. We would definitely love to stay again. The kitchen was perfect to cook in! The rooms were great and the ac was wonderful
