Balcony is a MAJOR monkey corridor, usually seeing 3 large troops a day of Capuchin or Titi monkeys. Balcony has huge exotic hard wood table made from a log rescued from the Paquita river, locally carved hardwood chairs, a hanging couch, and a jacuzzi.
Sleeping arrangements: One bedroom has a King bed, other bedroom 2 Queen beds. Upstairs on main floor, sofa has a center the same size as Queen bed (see pictures) and another Full size day bed.

We are located right in the middle of the rainforest neighborhood Tulemar. There is a shuttle that can take you to the beach, there are restaurants nearby, HUGE OCEAN VIEWS from the house or just walking around the neighborhood. There is a semi private, neighborhood only beach at the bottom of the hill. Tons of wildlife, usually over 100 monkeys cross the balcony per day. Macaws, sloths and toucans are seen by every guest, usually from inside the house. There is no place on earth like this, it really is paradise.
