Kitchen was fine. Easy to get to parking lot for skiing. Should have two parking spots available for the stay.

Wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed to make meals and relax during the evenings. It's in a great location with access to everything fun in Steamboat. Small store/cafe in walking distance. Will stay again!

Quaint place in town

This condo was perfect for my family. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice place about mile from steamboat base

Very nice place. Easy drive to meadows lot and there is shuttle bus that gets you to base as well. I recommend

The Great Powder Vacation

Annual trip to Steamboat and we booked our stay here. We've stayed in numerous locations and this has been one of the best. Close enough to walk to the Gondola, comfy King beds, big kitchen and living room. Its just a great feeling to come back after a day of playing in powder to such a relaxing place.

Wonderful stay

Lovely condo in Steamboat. Only about 5 minutes from downtown and close to a bus stop. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was a nice addition to have multiple fans. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed a few days in Steamboat for the week of July 4th. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great place.

Great little place

Clean property. Didn’t have many hangers or extra towels so we bought some. Pet free property but owners clearly have a dog so if you have pet allergies be aware. Overall a great property.

Mountain stay

The unit is great and well stocked. We enjoyed the convenience to the ski resort and downtown as well as the shuttle available. The rooms are comfortable loved the fireplace and the hot tub & sauna on property as well. My only complaint is that our second car could not park at the property and we had some trouble finding a suitable place to park it over the weekend. Overall a great stay.

the condo was beautiful. got to see a momma bear with 2 cubs across the street and a moose down the block. we enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna.

Family ski vacation

Decent place for family vacation. Good location. But if your family is using more than one vehicle, find a place that can accommodate them. This place has only one parking space allowed per unit and overnight parking in for additional vehicles in Steamboat is extremely difficult to find. We found only one lot and it was very expensive.

It sounds like the location was great, but the parking situation caused some frustration. It can be tough when there’s limited parking, especially with multiple vehicles. It's always a good idea to check in advance about parking availability, particularly in popular areas like Steamboat. Hopefully, future stays will have more parking options for you!

The place was very cozy! Perfect for a ski vacation. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Bathrooms and linens were all clean. Beds were comfy. While there is a pull out couch, I think four people is the most comfortable amount of people to occupy the apartment. My only gripes have to do with Retreatia - I had emailed the company ahead of time and did not get a response. Their shuttle system is kind of a joke - over two hour wait time for pick-up. On the last morning we got a knock on the door well ahead of check out time with the cleaning people to get in. When we said we were planning on leaving at 10, they stood outside the door making us feel uncomfortable enough that we left early.

Met our needs

2 Adult couples skiing mid Feb, small with all bags. Shuttle nice but at least 1 mile from gondola. Hot tub area looked sketchy, not outside hot tub. Was ok but will look for closer to slopes next time.

Great Location

The location is great - a 2 minute shuttle ride to ski. The shuttle can also be scheduled to take you downtown, etc. The only odd thing about the property is that the counter where you would eat, since there is no dining room table, is very low. So low that there is only about 12 inches of space between the counter and the stools.
