Experience authentic Las Cruces in this cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with 1-car attached garage (small car). Ample street parking any time.

Play tennis or swim across the street at 12 public tennis courts or Laabs outdoor public pool (subject to Covid regulations). Tennis courts are free. Public pool charges a nominal fee. Just a 1/2 mile walk away is Las Cruces' newly renovated downtown area, which boasts bar/restaurant options, boutique shopping, museums, live theatre, & a vibrant farmers and crafts market.

Our urban modern southwest home is adorned with New Mexico art that you can own by local artist Michelle Augustyniak. Sleeps 4 in two private bedrooms (queen beds in both) or 6 if air mattress is used. Large, shaded backyard with New Mexico monument-themed murals by nationally-recognized artist Todd Hebenstreit.

Be aware that the train (1 block away) can pass at any hour day or night.

Lovely home!

Had a wonderful stay in this cute decor home. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of towels, hand towels, wash rags and kitchen towels. Very comfortable beds.

Tidy Property w Great Location

This location made it super easy to participate in a variety of community activities (eg farmer’s market, local theater, live music). Accommodating and responsive hosts!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Las Cruces. Rebecca was an excellent host. The home is welcoming, clean and comfortable. My boys loved the Star Wars mural in the backyard! We also enjoyed the short walk to downtown for the Farmer’s Market, Children’s museum and restaurants.

We came to town for White Sands National Monument.

The property was a reasonable drive to the park, it was clean and quiet with multiple delicious restaurants close by!

Lovely Artistic Bungalow

Rebecca and Arthur’s home is cozy and comfortable. Plenty of bedding and towels and comfortable beds. Location was ideal- close enough for us to easily visit family and get to Old Town Mesilla. Rebecca and Arthur were quick to respond to any questions- though we didn’t need anything once we got in. Very kind and thoughtful. Thanks, again!

The house was in a good location for parks, groceries, activities, NMSU, etc. The home was clean and the neighborhood quiet. Great place for a weekend stay.

Las Cruces get away

We stayed here for 2 weeks, looked at many of the areas experiences. Very nice house, close to railroad, but very centrally located.

Great Spot

This is a super cute home with fun art and vibe. We didn't cook or spend a great deal of time there, but it was conveniently located for our needs. Great little coffee shop around the corner and the street fair was fun. If you are a light sleeper be aware that there is a train track fairly close and the train went by nightly, but didn't bother us.

Extended Stay Las Cruces

We are on an extended, winter road trip from MN. Brrrr! This was our first VRBO stay on the trip. National Parks, Wildlife Refuges, Museums and Monuments were/are on our itinerary. This location was perfect for visiting these destinations. A sled was provided by the hosts for sledding at White Sands. Successful and wipeout runs. This was fun. Photo opportunities of scenery and wildlife are plenty. If you are a biker, plenty of bike paths are available to traverse. Downtown is very close to the house. Dining out options are many, and several museums and outdoor events are located downtown. The house is well furnished and fitted for a comfortable stay. We would stay here again. Thank you Rebecca & Arthur!

Mountain Retreat

This was a very pleasant experience. The home is clean, cozy, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We had one small glitch upon arrival, which the owners addressed immediately. They were available without being intrusive. The local chips and salsa were wonderful after our 9 hour drive from San Antonio, Texas.

Great Vacation Property

This is a great vacation home! It was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean and comfortable with a great backyard seating area. Wonderful hosts! Close to lots of great restaurants and the farmers market. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Wonderful home and location

We had a wonderful time at this charming home. A great location- walk to downtown restaurants. Walk to a wonderful coffee shop that is close by (Nessa’s). When warmer - a marvelous pool across the street. We did lots of hiking. House was very well equipped for work - Wi-Fi was excellent. Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend. (Make sure that you go for bbq at Jim bobs / Icebox brewery.

Las Cruces cuti

Very cute property within walking distance to downtown Las Cruces. Not large, but just about a perfect size for two adults, plus it has a large, sunny patio area in the backyard. We recommend it.

Anticipated everything

The house was clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. Rebecca and Arthur have anticipated everything you need. The house is inviting, uncluttered, and has warmth and personality. The location works well as a base for exploring much of the area. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cute house, good location

FIrst let me commend the hosts for their quick response to a plumbing issue -it was remedied within a couple of hours. The house is very nicely decorated, with lost of storage and close to downtown and other entertainment. It is quite, with the exception of the infrequent trains. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, the back yard enjoyable and the arrival gift a nice touch.

Cutest most comfortable house ever!!

I could live here!! The house was clean, comfortable, adorable. NIce neighborhood close to the downtown area with easy access to main roads and restaurants. Warm, super comfortable beds with nice linens and coomfy pillows. Living area was nice and spacious, TV was nice and big for the younger ones in our group (that's important to them) and the selection of movies was great for the entire group. OHHHHH and that yard!! Although it was cold and we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would of liked, it was absolutley LOVELY!!!! Will definetly want to stay here again!! The hosts were easy to deal with and the sweet welcome treats of local salsa was GREAT!!! Thanks Arthur & Rebecca

Work Trip

My coworker and I rented this VRBO for a work trip, so we were pretty busy the whole time, but Rebecca was very communicative and the place served our purposes nicely. The back patio is lovely.

Well appointed and beautiful home

Our one week stay was extremely comfortable in this clean, uniquely decorated home. We slept well, there was plenty of room, a spacious living room and kitchen and back patio area. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and answered our questions about restaurants etc in the area. There was a nice guest guide that was helpful and we were greeted with local chips and salsa. I enjoyed a run on one morning -it’s close to Pioneer Park and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!! Cheryl and John.

Great home in a good location

We really enjoyed this house for our 3 month stay in Las Cruces. It is within walking distance to the downtown area where we would shop the market, grab coffee or a beer, and have dinner at a nearby restaurant. The house is the perfect size for a couple and we often ate in the backyard, where there is a great mural. Rebecca and Arthur and communicative and helpful if you need them. We would definitely stay again!
