Throughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. It was a wonderful homebase for taking local trips to and from Silver City, TorC and White Sands. It felt like home and if you want that experience besides staying at a hotel, I recommend staying at the Montaro property. Appreciate all the amenities and thank you for the sweet Pecan sampler.

Very Clean and great location

This property has been recently remodeled it was very clean and a great location. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. My next trip to New Mexico I hope this place is available.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our visit in Las Cruces. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. We enjoyed the mountain view and it was convenient to everything we wanted to see.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home is meticulously maintained—it was absolutely spotless and truly felt like a home away from home.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet neighborhood. We also really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals easily.Logistics were a breeze: the parking was easy, the property was well-lit at night, and the check-in/out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-managed rental!

Quiet and quite accessible, the location provided all necessary amenities, it was very clean and equipped. Generally speaking it did fit my expectations. Will visit it again if the opportunity arises.

Good stay

This property worked well for my two week trip. Kitchen had enough to make meals, washer and dryer worked and some detergent and dryer sheets were provided that helped with clothes. Parking was tight but for a smaller vehicle its adequate.

Nice Getaway

It was a nice peaceful stay, loved the layout of the house - perfect for 4 people. The driveway was a tad hard to maneuver out of as there is oncoming traffic coming from both directions, but the location was ideal. Host was courteous and helpful! Our next stay over in Las Cruces will be there if its available.

The property is large and used to grow pecans, agricultural use To allow more room than provided (3) vehicles would be dangerous to all considering the farm use and would also cause insurance issues Sorry for the inconvenience this caused you I have never had this issue mentioned

Awesome place. Very spacious and clean. Lot of blankets. Good location. Great price. Very responsive host. The only thing that could use improvement was a bit more toiletries/laundry detergent as my family of 5 was staying for a week. Otherwise, highly recommended. Thanks.

I appreciate the care you took of my home I am a little concerned about having laundry soap??? You had communication from me that if you needed anything to let me know You should have contacted me I will have to check on my listing By law in our area that unit has a max of 4 people and that’s what you booked I was not aware that you had 5 people there Maybe I need to be more careful You rented a beautiful home in a great setting for the price of a cheap hotel room ????????

Great Host, clean house, clean property, very nice double wide house. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms could use some hardware on them. They are a little hard to open.

Las Cruces Stay

Very clean. Adequate but no "homey feeling". not very relaxing atmosphere. Very stark like an institution or sterile situation. It gave the appearance of just beginning as an Air B&B. Needs "a Woman's Touch".

We were blessed to meet our host. As a rehab person, they did a great job. Even stole a few ideas. I will suggest drawer knobs. People with arthritis, its a little difficult. Big and very spacious. Brought back a lot of childhood memories listening to the wind thru the pine trees. We got Married in your back yard.God Bless

Everything was great, only note to people interested in renting this property there is no hybrid charging outlet available outside.

The property was never listed with charging available for vehicles Price on this property is very cheap on a nightly rate Almost the cost of a cheap hotel The inside is all new you live on a private orchard with all the bells and private parking I may consider raising the price to accommodate charging vehicles I would also like to know when someone plugs into a farm source of power and find out that a car is plugged into it without my knowledge or permission of the use a farm utility power Thank You

Nice area and a clean and updated property. The rooms were nice and the living room is huge. Only con i can think of is the house had a slight underlying smell of ¿smoke? Or something but I think its because the water is well water and is slightly sulfurous. Nice home, good value.
