The Stay was great!

The stay was great, there were clothes left in the drawers from previous guest, the towel fee should be a part of the stay, not a separate charge. and parking should have been included not a separate fee, all in all i would stay again, Thanks

Not Clean

The refrigerator did not work also there was multiple stains on the carpet. The lamps did not have light bulbs. The overall cleanliness of the condo was horrible. Windows were dirty.

Worst VRBO experience in 15 years, by far

Property was not what the pictures showed, very noisy above in the hallway as there was a service room close by. There were holes in the wall of the bathroom exposing the pipes and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy as it was covered in plastic. My wife and I had 2 nights booked but woke up after the first night and left by 9am to find some where else to stay.

Miami Beach

We stayed at this property and although it was close to the beach and well priced for the space, we will not be coming back. Overall, the pool area was great with lounge chairs and plenty of space and the tiki bar tender was amazingly friendly, the pool was not heated and super uncomfortable. The hotel advertised food onsite and really, that wasn’t true. The restaurant was only open on the weekends until 1pm and when we asked at the front desk for food options, we were told that a lot of places close by offer take out. Not being familiar with the area, we foolishly walked looking for food and didn’t find anything for miles. We then asked the front desk for any available grocery stores that delivered and No one was really sure. We really would have loved some take our menus or some recommendations since the advertised restaurant was not open. The cleanliness of the room was... well, not clean at all. There was human hair everywhere. Dark hair (which none of us have) was all over the unit, in the bedrooms, bathtub, balcony. We had to clean the place ourselves just to feel comfortable. Especially with the current times of the pandemic, cleanliness is by far the most important to us and this was probably the dirtiest or grossest place we’ve stayed at. There was sand all over and inside the couch, the floors were dirty and the sink was just absolutely disgusting. We did not feel comfortable using the bedding or towels before washing them ourselves. We had to buy laundry supplies before settling in and had to buy our laundry card. (Which we weren’t able to turn back in for our deposit back because the line during checkout was 45 minutes backed up and we would have missed our flight) There was no tv in the bedroom and we were not told how the towel cards or beach chair access operated so we didn’t figure that out until the 2nd day. There was only one operational elevator so making our way up and down was a nightmare. The social distancing/mask was not being enforced because people were sick of waiting 30 minutes for an elevator and as we were traveling with a stroller, the stair case was not an option. The furniture inside the room was extremely old and warn and the kitchen chairs were falling apart. The lobby was beautiful but the staff (with the exception of the people working outside) weren’t overly helpful, didn’t offer advice or explain the property well and spent most of their time Fielding complaints and problems from other guests.

Pictured Unit isn’t the one you get.

Read the fine print. This is my first VRBO experience where they showed a beautiful oceanfront unit, and then gave us a different, dated, non- ocean front unit at check in. If you’re going to use VRBO, you should be showing the exact unit you are renting. If that doesn’t work for your business model, you don’t belong on VRBO. Try advertising on hotel room sites since you’re essentially renting hotel rooms.

Disappointing stay

Great location, but unfortunately the condo was not nearly as nice as they make it look in the on-line images and they don’t enforce their own policies. Furniture in the condo was extremely low quality and some in disrepair. Multiple dresser drawers didn’t work. Beds we cheap and uncomfortable. 3 light bulbs out in nightstand lights when we arrived. 2 bulbs out in living room. Dining room chairs didn’t match. Carpet in both bedrooms was old and dingy. They say parties and smoking are not allowed. Yet, they allow large groups of students to rent rooms (or VRBO does). So we dealt with parties above and below us on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. Monday finally ended when I told the security guard to either end it or I was calling the Miami Police (that was 2am). Wednesday’s party above us lasted until 4am. We had to be up at 4:30am to head to the airport so we didn’t get any sleep that night. All of the parties were loud, with tons of kids, and a lot of pot smoking. Anyway, nice location but the place is a dump and it’s not managed well. We won’t be back.
