Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great location & View

Location and unit view were amazing. Staff were friendly and prompt with any requests. Unit was clean upon arrival, however, certain aspects of the unit (room carpets) and the building in general could use a bit of refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed it and would book again

An absolute joy all the way around. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

The staff was nice,helpful and informative. Great location and amenities. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Miami Beach.

Interesting property

Good news is wonderful location and view. Bad news is comically bad prep of place. No paper towels, skillets. Pans, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, Literally like no one has ever even visited the place. Check in was interesting. No emailed check in instructions. I sent email the day before to inquire and got a response at 8 pm AFTER checkin with info.

Our apartment was very spacious, clean and had great views. The staff who helped us with the luggage were very helpful and nice. We had issues communicating with housekeeping, and the common areas are outdated and need repairs.

Excellent Hotel very well located. The staff is very friendly, always willing to offer their help. Rooms with a good cleaning service. I would definitely repeat.

Miami before cruise

We stayed here for 3 nights. The carpets are stained, they had nothing in the kitchen for us to use to cook and when we asked they said they “didn’t have access to the room that had stuff in it”. I was very disappointed. The view was nice but that’s about it.

Great place but lacking a few items

Great place and great location: six in our party and plenty of space but literally not one extra blanket, only three towels, no wash clothes, no cooking items other than a few pots. No kitchen towels. If you plan on staying awhile and have anyone who runs cold bring your own blankets!!!

Needs Updating

The kitchen and living room are nice, with the size of the living room tv should be larger. . Bedrooms and bathroom need updating. Windows should be clean and have screens so you can enjoy the breeze. Balcony was nice, good view of the sunrise and ocean and pool!!

Stuck between a hotel and a VRBO

Great location on the water. It is sort of like a hotel and kind of like a VRBO but doesn't do either one of them very well. We were missing comforters on two of the beds. When I asked for someone to bring us comforters we didn't get them until the next day. The gym is dilapidated with old equipment much of it not working. The restaurant was only open one day when we were there which was Thursday. The pool was only open until 5:00 p.m.. the gym was only open for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. As far as it trying to be a VRBO the kitchen only had one bowl a few plates and really nothing at all to cook with. The TV in the master bedroom did not work it did not get reception. The choice of channels on the TV was local TV only. The internet was incredibly slow and only allowed for a maximum of four devices to be connected. For what I paid I expected more.

Issues

The room in itself was great, however downfalls you have is nobody tells you that they supply you with soap or any other supplies paper towels nothing… You keep minimum amount of towels on hand and no extra blankets nor pillows… The room itself was great, beautiful great view, The staff at the front desk did not give those details to its entirety.. The staff of the beach was ridiculous. Did not speak English whatsoever, so it was hard to communicate.

Its a trick

We booked months in advance and they took away our ocean view which we did pay for not the bay view. But because they were able to get more than double what we paid for the room, they “overbooked” and would not let us have the room.

Not great but not bad

No hot water in the shower in the front bathroom. Front bedroom had very little air circulation and stayed stuffy even when the A/C was running. And you know when the A/C is running because you can't hear anything else... Not that I was in Miami to watch TV but I do enjoy unwinding to it at the end of the day. None of the TV were on the proper input when we arrived so they did not work, I contacted the host but it took 11 hours to get a response and rather than contacting someone to take care of it she told me to do so. The people at the facility were nice and location as well as the view were great.

Very clean

We stayed 4 days and the condo was very clean and as described in pictures except living room only has windows on one wall not windows on 2 walls (but not a big deal). We assumed that housekeeping was not part of the rental since they never came but we called down for towels 3 days in a row and said they would be right up but never came so on the 3rd day of no towels I caught a housekeeper in the hall and she brought us clean towels. The location is in a very nice area and the beach area is great. This condo has more closets then I have ever seen so you will have plenty of space as the living room is huge too :) I would stay here again for sure.

Keep Looking- deceptive listing!

We chose Miami Beach because we found this nice-looking reasonably priced condo available. We were excited and looking forward to an oceanfront condo with balcony. Instead we were put in a road-side unit with so much street noise the balcony was unusable. Property staff and host were completely unhelpful and basically offered no option but the roadside unit or “find somewhere else”. Extremely disappointing.

Good Place to stay

There are a few things that could have made the stay better but overall it was a great week! They close the pool at night which was a downer for us. Beach chairs don’t get set up until 10am and don’t come with an umbrella which is not something we were used to. I didn’t like having to pay for parking. Initially I was put into the wrong room but when I brought it to their attention they were happy to fix it. The property was clean and secure. There could have been some more supplies as far as pots and pans to cook with but we were able to make it work. Not the best condominium rental I’ve ever had but also not the worst.

The staff is incompetent

- Front desk staff was unfriendly and incompetent about their duty and property. I was told to receive a call when our room ready but no one called. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get someone opened the door for us (keys didn’t work). Again, no one sent me the final bill while I was told by the overnight staff. The property is dated and unwell kept. Can’t give any credit besides the location.

Horrible stay and misrepresented property

First of all understand that this is nothing more than a bad hotel. The property represented in the image and description is not what we were given. The property represented has a balcony to overlooking the ocean, ours had a balcony off of the bedrooms facing another building. The place is filthy with worn out carpet and sparsely furnished with very cheap furniture. Ongoing parties in the rooms and halls until very long into the morning. Unbelievable noise and uncomfortable environment. Armed officers in the lobby all night as management obviously recognizes the issues they have. I'm abhorred that VRBO would allow this listing.

Nice appartement in quiet area, poor cleaning before stay…

Big and Nice appartement with pool, parking, and good value for groups needing 3bedrooms ( sleeping up to 8people)The cleaning was not the best, our appartement Still had garbage in the kitchen and One of the bathrooms. And it was stains on the bathroom. Therese was Also crumbles on the table in the living room.And two of the beds was not changes before our stay…There is a free bus going around on Miami beach and is stopping close to the building - very convenient!There was very expensive at the pool bar (we paid 18 for two small icecreams…)No restaurants close to building, had to go about 5minutes to closest hotel with restaurant.

Deceptive Listing

Stay away from this property. We were not given the room showed in the pictures. The front desk, run like a hotel, not a specific independent property you are booking.When we saw the room we went to the front desk to inquire, they agreed and said unfortunately there was no availability of the unit we desired until the next day, and we would be reassigned. The next day when we were reassigned that gave us a room where the patio overlooked an alley with a bunch of construction debris and the view was another building, not the ocean. For our “inconvenience they gave us a 15% discount. I didn’t book this vacation to find a discount. I booked it for an experience, which they ruined by fraudulently misleading pictures when there is no assurance you’re getting the room pictured.Other deficiencies were obnoxiously overscented cleaning agent used. If you’re sensitive to smells, you will have a problem here. Also, one of the two elevators was out of service for an entire day. This made for 15 minute waits.
