Great location. So close to Disney parks. They actually put us in a bigger room than what we booked. Everything was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Lots to do on the property wish would have had time to use it. Gave us a free bottle of wine for our anniversary.

My husband and I are very familiar with this property because we have stayed several times at the Wyndham Grand hotel on the same property. It is very central to all things Disney. At check-in, the clerk processed our reservation, but then became very insistent that I show him my original email confirmation. I asked several times why he need to see the actual email because he had already completed our check-in. I refused to show him and he finally gave up. I can only guess that it was related to some sales gimmick. We were assigned a first floor room with a patio that had a beautiful view of the lake which was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. The pools and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained. The condo was very spacious!!! However, the decor is very dated. It definitely could use some renovations. Staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend.
