This family-friendly beach retreat also features a convenient outdoor shower, which is perfect to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach. With recent updates such as new carpets, new paint, and a new HVAC, this is the perfect home away from home to enjoy!

This home lies just a short walk from the soft sands of the beach‚ take a day or two and dip your toes in the water! You're surrounded by local shops and restaurants in case cooking isn't your forte and would like to treat your guests to delicious meals. Or take a short two mile-ride down to the inlet for the famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its all-ages entertainment!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
