Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and fully furnished kitchen await your cooking needs, unless you choose to dine in one of the fine local restaurants. Watch the UHD Smart TV from the sleeper sofa (sleeps additional 2) or just cozy up to read a good book next to the fireplace. After a day of hiking or biking through Sabino Canyon, sleep in comfort the new queen bed, bedding and furnishings. Rest secure knowing your in a gated community in a quiet setting. Bedroom has a walk-in closet with modular storage for all your clothing needs. New bathroom amenities include a walk-in shower, dual sink vanity and built in linen closet.

Tile floors throughout help ease any concerns about pets - whom we love! Sorry cats and dogs only :) Wifi access throughout to keep you well connected and covered parking to protect your vehicle from the sun. Washer and dryer in closed area off of kitchen.

Wonderful Condo

This is the nicest condo we have stayed at in the Cantalina Foothills. Everything in the condo was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was spectacular.

Lovely condo in the Catalina Foothills

We enjoyed our six weeks staying at this condo in the Catalina Foothills…a truly beautiful area of Tucson. The tastefully decorated condo was very comfortable, had a good layout and was well equipped. We especially like the view of the mountains from the dining area and the patio. The complex is situated in a very convenient area with easy access to different parts of Tucson. The convenience of having a grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants across the street was an added bonus. Ken, the owner, met us when we arrived to get us oriented and checked in with us during our stay. With our grateful thanks to our hosts.

Great spot.

Very nice location for this well appointed condo. Lots of room for our “stuff”. Ken was very helpful with TV questions. Enjoyed our stay in Tucson. Next time the temps will be better. Retired couple from Reno.

Lovely Condo and Location

This was our second time staying at this lovely condo and everything was awesome. The condo is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Ken and Susan have thought of everything you need for an enjoyable stay including a thoughtful selection of fruit and snacks to greet us. They are very accommodating and communication with Ken was excellent. Ideally located near Sabino Canyon, restaurants and shopping. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us and making our vacation absolutely perfect!

Beautiful Tucson

We fell in love with Tucson! This property was central to so many activities. We hiked, golfed, played pickle ball, shopped, went to the amazing gym facility and pool/hot tub. Ken was always available and kept in touch to ensure we had the best experience. We highly recommend this property, location and city!!

Catalina Foothills

The property was beautiful! Extremely clean, newly remodeled and fully equipped. Ken, the owner was very nice and helpful with places to see and things to do. We stayed for 10 days, would loved to have stayed longer. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Gated community, very safe and close to just about everything.

Great Stay in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and well equipped condo. It is very close to Sabino Canyon and its incredible trails where we hiked every morning. Excellent communication with owners, Ken and Susan, who were very welcoming and thoughtful, encouraging us to call if we needed anything. We are looking forward to returning on our next trip back to Tucson. Thank you Ken and Susan for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Comfortable condo - grocery walking distance - neighbors friendly and quiet - easy communication with owner - will stay again - Sabino Canyon so close you could walk but saved the energy for the hikes

Wonderful Stay

Ken was great host. The condo was clean and well maintained, just as advertised. We stayed here five weeks, and it didn't take long to feel right at home. The pool/poolside was nice and provided a relaxing way to meet other renters/owners in the complex. We enjoyed the proximity to Sabino Canyon for a variety of different hiking options. Grocery store, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance. I hesitate to write this review, as it will make it harder to rent again in the future. Wonderful stay.

Stress Free

We’ve spent 6 weeks at this location. We’ve been very comfortable, even in the high temperatures. The neighbors are friendly. And our dogs have made many friends. The monsoons have added to our enjoyment. A glass of wine and a lightning show. Woo Hoo!

Tucson Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely updated and cozy Tucson condo. The area is convenient to groceries , restaurants, and best of all only one mile from Sabino Canyon . The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the kitchen fully stock for daily cooking. The condo is immaculate and the owner even check on our well being during the coronavirus outbreak. 30 Days in Total Comfort!

Ken and Susan have a wonderful, beautifully renovated condo in an absolutely fantastic location. Definitely all the comforts of home. Ken and Susan were great hosts who responded immediately which made our stay great. Even though the weather didn't cooperate very much we were able to enjoy the warm pool and nice hot tub on several days. The neighbor is safe, quiet, and close to everything. Thanks for sharing your home with us on our Tucson experience!

We are actively retired and live in the Tucson community - so we have time to pay attention to details and meet the needs of our tenants. This is the only property we own so far. We love to hike, bike, dine, and explore all Tucson and the southwest have to offer and want to share with others.
