ACCOMODATIONS:
Steps away from the beach and your toes touching the sand! Enjoy leisurely afternoon strolls around the boat harbor or neighboring ROC Park before returning to your newly remodeled 755 sq. ft. townhome. Plenty of room for you and the children or you and 5 other guests.
Master bedroom split bedroom plan| 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full bed |Living Room Queen Pull out Sofa. Sleeps up to 6 very comfortably! Master suite is split into 2 separate areas by a dividing wall to create 2 unique and individual rooms. One with a queen bed and another with a full! *Please note there are stairs leading up to the master bedroom.

The Living Room boasts plush furnishings, a Flat Screen Smart TV with cable and internet. The couch and sleeper sofa offers plenty of room to relax after catching some rays at the beach, enjoying the beautiful pool or breathtaking Marina views.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full size fridge, cookware, silverware, dishware and all the essentials needed for a night in of cooking and sharing a cozy family dinner. Alternatively, if you prefer a night out, because you are on vacation after all, there are endless eatery options right down the street within walking distance!
Half bathroom downstairs equipped with washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Full bathroom upstairs offers the extra accommodation needed. (I hear an extra bathroom is the key to a happy family 😊)
After a Florida fun-filled day, walk upstairs to your gorgeous Master suite. This split bedroom plan offers spacious accommodations; 1 Queen and 1 Full bed, 2 Flat Screen Smart TVs with Cable and internet. A huge walk in closet to store your luggage and any other great beach finds you may want to take home with you!
Access to private BBQ grill overlooking the waterway.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Quick walk to the beach, CVS and Saltwater Hippie Bar and Grille. We over being able to wash our suits and towels to get all the salt water and sand off of them. Though we didn’t do any cooking the kitchen looked like it had everything you’d need to make your meals right there. The pool was clean and quiet. Perfect if you just want to get away from the beach and the sand. Erica was great at communicating and got right back to me with anything I needed to ask. We WILL be vacationing here again in the future!

Awesome place to stay!

This was such a great place to stay. It’s close to the beach and in a quiet community. Overall I would recommend staying here and we’ll be coming back for sure. The hostess is amazing too!

We really enjoyed our stayed here. The location is super convenient. It’s close to the grocery store, CVS, Restaurants/bars, and most importantly a very quick and easy walk to the beach!!

Excellent host with a well supplied room. The smell from the air fresheners were a bit overwhelming so we unplugged them. Showers toilets and sinks worked well. All appliances worked too. Lots of steps to traverse. All in all I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Owner was easy to work with. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to store and several different area restaurants. Area is very popular.

Enjoyable and convenient!

Erica’s unit at the Yacht Club was perfect for us! Two beautiful pools, on the intracoastal, and we were even able to walk most places. We already booked again for next year!

Great area

Great area. Anything you need is in walking distance. The beach is right across the street. Close to st Pete’s and not too far from Clearwater beaches. We enjoyed the pool and they had beach chairs that came in really handy.

Very nice place that we’ve stayed at for many years! This time at a different unit. Very close to the beach and sits near by many things. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We definitely would return and stay at the same place again.

We had an amazing stay at Ericka’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, Ericka was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond by providing recommendations for nearby grocery stores, local restaurants, and things to do, which made our trip so much easier.The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to worry about parking or long drives. It was also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and everything we needed during our stay.The property itself was spotless when we arrived. It was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the home. We especially appreciated how peaceful and family-friendly the property was. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home.Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We made so many wonderful memories during our trip, and we definitely plan on coming back in a few months. We highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Great Stay, would stay again

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is in a great location. It’s a short walk to the beach, a CVS and a Winn Dixie. There are also several restaurants within walking distance (< 1/2 mile). The unit is located across the road from the fire station, but we were rarely bothered at night by callouts.

Awesome vacation week!!

Clean and spacious condo that's fully stocked. Our family had a great time enjoying the short walk to the beach and the pool. The billiards room was a bonus too. The location worked perfectly for our family very close to restaurants and live music at night. The gated community and area was safe for the older kids to have some freedom.

Great location and convenient floor plan!

We loved the way this condo is planned out and located. Very convenient to be able to enjoy the living room area, kitchen and patio after the kids have gone to bed upstairs. The host is very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had and we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome bottle of wine on arrival!

4 weeks

Our 4 week stay here was great. Just after the area was devastated by two hurricanes but the property was in good condition. Any issues we did encounter were promptly dealt with. In the area there are still a few bars and restaurants closed while they rebuild but in whole the area is as welcoming as it has always been in our 25 years of visiting

Madeira Yacht Club

Fantastic property and great value. Our family of 4 had plenty of room, it was an updated unit, two pools, a workout facility, and we had a fantastic vacation. Excellent location. So much within walking distance. ROC park is across the street, groceries, minigolf, shopping, the beach, restaurants all within walking distance. The owner reaponded immediately to any questions we had. It was.a great experience overall. I would recommend this unit to other families.

Great condo and wonderful stay

My adult son and I stayed for a week and were happy with the quality, space, and cleanliness of the condo. Many perks like light dimmers, ceiling fans, laundry and dishwasher worked great. Comfortable beds and couches. Everything we needed was there- beach chairs, a pully to cart our stuff to the beach. Lovely grounds to walk, ocean across the road, grocery store across the road. Owner was engaged and responsive. We had a great time!

Amazing week away

My husband and I just returned from an amazing week at Erica's condo. From the booking of the condo to the check out she was wonderful. Everything about the condo was just as it was described on the site. It had every amenity that we needed. We did not have a car but we were able to walk to the beach, grocery store, liquor store, CVS, the park and restaurants. We also took the trolley to John's Pass, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you Erica for being such a great host.

Home away from home!

Couldn't have been happier staying in this unit. It was cozy and cutely decorated. All the amenities I could ask for. Greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal card with my name on it. Walked to almost everything I needed. You don't even need a car to get around. They have free Beach ride and found out they now have the free Electric shuttle bus that will even take you into St Petersburg which I'll use next time. Erica offered her services if needed but everything was perfect.

201F Madeira Beach

There is not much to complain about here. We loved the the cozyness of the place. The location to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores and the local market was wonderful all within walking distance. Enjoyed sitting out back by the canal and using the grill. The bath and 1/2 made life so easy and enjoyable with your spouse. Beds were nice and comfy. Loved having the washer and dryer available. I would say a wagon rather than what was there would be an improvement. We lost a few items (falling off) so preferred not to use it again. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Property was exactly as presented on VRBO. A safe, secure location with easy access to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. You had a feeling of community. Condo clean snd well supplied with essentials. Furniture was comfortable. One thing we noticed was that you could hear a lot of outside noise through the closed windows.. garbage pick up, dogs barking, ball games on nearby field, etc.. Also, although it was clean and looked nice, some updates would be in order as exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom was at times very loud and annoying &?other times did not come on & refrgerator compresdorcwas very loud at times. We would definitely stay here again as location is quite good for our needs!

summer trip

We rented this home for 10 days, although we stayed with family a few days as well. The owner is very kind and responsive and we had a lovely time. The cooler and rolling cart are very helpful, as the beach was a tad farther than I anticipated. The in-house washer and dryer are super helpful and the large closet is a lifesaver. The beach was wonderful and there are lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Nice place overall.
