Great location, great view, close to restaurants and drinking establishments. Directly across the street from the beach access and very good sound-proof doors on the street side.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Everything was Perfect! Super clean, host réceptive to our needs, secure parking, great pool, air conditioning was very good too .Great supplies for the beach, very appreciated.We will come back for sure!

We absolutely loved this place! Very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom! Loved having an extra 1/2 bath and the convenience of a washer & dryer! The bed was super comfy! Awesome location right across the street from the beach! We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice! Would highly recommend this place and we will stay there again when we are back in the area!

Beach View!

This place was amazing. Clean and modern.Pool was very nice and enclosed. Best part was the gorgeous beach just across the street!

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful place to stay! The condo was updated with new furnishings and many useful extras for the beach. The location is top notch. Near many local restaurants, and the ocean view is fantastic! We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our balcony each night. Sunhost was very helpful and prompt when we had questions. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but it wasn’t quite ready before we left. It was almost finished and would be a great feature to enjoy. Thanks for many memories!

Great location and nicely renovated space. Washing machine did not work while there and we didn't find out until the day before our vacation ended and our clothes were left soaking wet in the washing machine. We had to travel home with a garbage bag of soaked clothing. Messaged them and 4 days after our stay still no response from them. Also the fan in the bedroom can't be turned off except by using the wall light switch which also turns off the nightstand lights so you're left fumbling in the dark to get to the bed. The only way the nightstand lights are functional is if you're okay with leaving the ceiling fan running. Also AC can't be set below 72. Not a big deal, but seeing as we typically set our house to around 68-70, it was a little warmer than ideal. Nice location, but a few minor issues that made our stay a little less than ideal.
