Great central location, only 10 minutes from Keeneland, 20 minutes to the Kentucky Horse park and 9 min to UK. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses.

The first floor boasts two bedrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into a cozy living room, making it ideal for entertaining. Lexington weekend

We enjoyed the house for our family. Had a chance for all of my kids and their partners to come celebrate together and not have to leave the house, for the most part. It was a very cute house with plenty of beds and space for everyone. Thank you!

Excellent and spacious place

We needed a big place to stay to accommodate our family, and this place was excellent. Bigger in person than the pictures show. The game room was a fantastic bonus we could use without disturbing sleeping family.

Track Visit

The property was just as advertised and in a great location. Seth answered all of our questions immediately. It was great for a week at the track. Clean and plenty of room for a group. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and cute home

We traveled for our daughter’s horse competition and the home was perfect location. Home had everything you needed and was very clean. Great place for family and girls getaway.

Bourbon Trail

It was a nice, very clean house in a quiet neighborhood ... close to several bourbon distilleries. Table tennis table in the basement was very nice. Spent mist of our free time playing ping pong.

Excellent property

This property lives up to the description and more. There was plenty of space for our family, 4 couples in all. The ping pong table in the basement made for some fun family competition. We had everything we needed for some memorable family meals. The location was excellent for easy day trips exploring the surrounding areas. We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to Kentucky.

Top notch location!!!

This was our first time to Lexington and I've never had a host go so above and beyond in letting us know all of the great options of things to do along with making sure all of our needs were met! The home is so charming and comfortable from the high-quality beds, the well appointed kitchen, the outstanding back porch to the awesome game room downstairs! It’s three floors of comfy accommodations! We especially loved the back porch and a highlight for me was watching the fireflies at dusk overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The location can't be beat and Seth is definitely an awesome host! I highly recommend this property!

Family Vacay

My husband, his brother my sister n law and inlaws. Went for a family vacay to take the inlaws to Noahs Ark. The house was perfect for us and very conveniently located. Easy drive whenever we went.

Was what we needed

It worked for us, we had small children all the way to senior citizen. It was clean, nice furniture, lovely deck with gas fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. We would all recommend it.

Great Location--Convenient to Everything

The home is lovely as is the neighborhood where it is located. It is ideally located to shopping, a park, and interstate access. The back deck and yard are great. The beds and bedding are first rate. Seth, the Host, was outstanding with communication before and during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO because you will feel right at home.

Awesome getaway

Seth (host) was very helpful with information about the house as well as great restaurants and sites to visit. Home was very spacious and well laid out, extremely clean and inviting. Seth was quick to reply to emails with questions we had during our stay.

UK Moms Weekend Getaway

This was perfect for our UK moms weekend getaway. Check in and communication was very easy & prompt responses from Seth. Comfortably slept 6 (if you shared beds could even be more). Great/ safe location, easy to Uber or Lyft to Campus. Would definitely stay again when in town with a group for a UK event!!

Great Spot

The house was everything and more. My fiancé and I stayed for 6 nights for an event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The drive back and forth was not bad at all and took about 15-20 mins. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. The basement was a nice addition during the evens to watch March Madness and play a little ping pong. Seth was a GREAT communicator, and we will defiantly be staying here again!!

Perfect Home with a Cottage Feel

This home was perfect for our weeklong stay in Lexington. It is centrally located to many popular locations. The neighborhood was quiet and a great area to walk our dogs! The house was wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the water pressure for showers was amazing! Tons of room with a nice additional rec space in the basement. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Nostalgic trip to Lexington

Seth was really friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. This house was very clean, comfortable, plenty roomy for six male family members who all wanted their own beds and fun with the ping pong table. It was a perfect location for getting to/from the airport and for all of the sightseeing that we did in and around Lexington and the neighborhood was nice and safe. Having a great home to unwind in every night after long and full days out sightseeing definitely made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you, Seth!

Cleanest Ever

If 6 stars was a possibility for cleanliness I would have given it. Loved everything about it. Everybody was astounded that the water heater could survive 6 back to back showers !

Great stay!

A family reunion to attend keeneland and Kentucky football game! Location was great and easy to access different locations in Lexington. Seth was helpful and so nice. We will be back!
