Enjoy your desert getaway in Sunny Maricopa AZ. in this gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 bath + office single story home. Located in the Rancho El Dorado community on a corner lot near the Duke golf course.

Every room is redecorated with all new carpet, paint, and brand new furniture in each room. The large open floor plan includes an inviting kitchen, seating up to 10 people. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. The connecting family room includes a comfortable and cozy sectional and 58" TV with Roku and plenty of other streaming apps.

There is a formal living room with two cozy chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing. This room is open to a dining room with a large round table for extra seating, cards or games with your family.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk in closet and 43" TV also with roku. The master bathroom includes a large vanity with two sinks, soaking tub and large separate shower. Also included a separate door to the back patio and pool.

The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two beds. Each room has bedside table and overhead fans. The main bath has sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.

A private office/ 4th bedroom is right off of the living room and the house is equipped with WiFI. The cozy couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The doors close off this room for privacy as well.

The backyard patio has table and chairs that provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour, with a new propane grill for backyard dinners.

The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

This is my 3rd time staying at this wonderful home. The house is always clean and well stocked for your needs. The host Mike is the best. He always responds quickly to questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Maricopa. It is a home away from home

2nd Visit Even Better Than the First!

My husband and I loved this place so much we had to go back! Great location, beautiful pool, close to golf course, clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen well stocked. Mike, the owner, quick to respond to any inquiries. I am certain we will stay here again on our next visit to Maricopa AZ.

Relaxing and inviting!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood, good location close to amenities. A couple of cleanliness issues, nothing we couldn't resolve, just a few misses by the cleaning crew. The owner was great with quick responses to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. I would book this place again!

Very nice introduction to Maricopa

Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.

A perfect home-away-from home. The house is welcoming and clean, and set up perfectly for a family. The owners were very responsive and I’ll definitely stay here again (which I rarely say!)

Great Arizona stay near golf course

The house and area were wonderful and great for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and the close shopping centers. House itself was clean and welcoming, there was no shortage of towels, or any kitchenware.

Very pleasant

There were four of us staying, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was fun, swam everyday The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick response to any questions. I would definitely stay there again

Nice House

Single-story house on a corner lot. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds—a private backyard with a pool—and a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. We love the pool and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is home away from home for us as we visit family yearly. We will definitely use this property again.

Perfect for what we needed

Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!

Very nice single level home in golf community. We travel to Maricopa frequently to see grandchildren and this is our go to house when available. Nice pool, well stocked home, nice quiet neighborhood. Owners are very responsive too any concerns.

We Loved The Pool!

Our trip to Maricopa was to visit our son and the grandchildren. What a wonderful home for all of us to enjoy! We absolutely loved the pool with the hot weather. On breaks we played games, foosball, and baked cupcakes. The home has every amenity you need and the location is easy to travel around Maricopa. The owners responded immediately to our questions. Highly recommend this home away from home.

We had a lovely stay at this home, Mike was very helpful the day we arrived, we had questions and he was able to resolve them right away. The home was well supplied in the kitchen, lots of pots and pans, plates, silverware etc.

We are Colorado natives but have enjoyed vacationing in Arizona for the last nine years. We have a son and daughter and have loved coming down to enjoy Spring Training in Phoenix, as well as the golf and sun and fun in the pool. We purchased this house in November 2019 as a place to retire in but we are renting to offset the costs. We can't wait until we are able to spend much more time playing in and enjoying Arizona. We hope you enjoy our sunny home as much as we do.
