Very nice location, with many food and grocery store options nearby. The property was in great shape and the house was stocked with everything you might need while there. The pool was well maintained and very enjoyable, albeit a little warm due to visiting in mid July of course. The hot tub was relaxing. All rooms were clean and living room was especially nice to hang with friends and watch some tv. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, hope to be back in the future!

Hosts were amazing and great to communicate with. The property was perfect for our stay. Our family enjoyed the pool during the hot summer days we were there as well as the comfortable house. The house is very spacious and actually bigger than we were expecting. The location was great and has easy access to the grocery store and shopping center nearby. We woild definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Very nice property if you’re looking to be away from the city. No walking or thinking trails close so that’s a little bit of a drawback. The pool and house amenities were very nice and we had a relaxing week.

Lovely, peaceful stay!

We enjoyed this quiet little oasis outside of Phoenix. Such a fantastic property with great amenities to relax and enjoy the Arizona sun. Close to everything you need including shopping and groceries. The property was super clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool area was also lovely and the hot tub was great. Very reasonably priced for how well-equipped this place is. We were delighted with the space and hope to stay here again!

The host was responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. This home was a great place to stay while visiting Maricopa! The home was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. As we were all seniors in our 70’s, we would have benefited from a railing in the pool and possibly a step stool near the bed as they were higher than we are used to. Overall, we would recommend this home and would stay here again in the future! Thank you Donnie and Stacie!

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime. Warm regards, Donnie

No sleep in Maricopa

The beds were not good unless like sleeping on cement. One bed was so high my friend needed help getting up into it. All the rules need to be typed and not handwritten as we had a hard time reading them. The teapot was broken so the water went in one end and out the other. Small bathrooms. Poor lighting unless you had the light on with the fan. I am surprised this property stated it was recently updated. It is close to grocery stores and fast food.

Here’s a professional and friendly response that acknowledges the feedback while minimizing the negative impact: --- Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially as this is our first less-than-stellar review. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and your comments help us do just that. We’ve made a note to replace the teapot and will make sure our welcome instructions are typed for better clarity moving forward. Mattress comfort can vary greatly from guest to guest, but we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we evaluate future updates. We also appreciate your thoughts on lighting and bathroom space and will review how we might improve these areas. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide a better experience next time.

Comfortable and quiet, amazing pool!

Overall, our stay was very positive. House was clean, quiet, cool, and well stocked. Pool was very clean and well maintained as well. My only small complaints would be comfort level of the beds was not ideal. We found them to be very very firm but that comes down to individual tastes. Each morning a water timer would turn ON and OFF multiple times which was quite loud in the master. When you're on vacation, the last thing you want is to be disturbed in the early morning multiple times by the sound of rushing water when trying to sleep. In addition, the kitchen has a beautiful seemingly new fridge with no ice in the non-functional ice maker. Not ideal for drinks next to the pool! Lastly, I understand the need to have an automated tool in the pool for cleaning but having spent many hours in the pool, having the pool vacuum constantly walking around in there was quite annoying. There surely is a way to remove that when swimming without impacting pump operation.
