Full alcove kitchen in central living area has all appliances, dishwasher, full range of cooking equipment. Living area has table for 6 to 8, all tableware. Washer and dryer in principal bathroom. All located off quiet central courtyard. Lots of light, fully decorated and very convenient to all of central Spoleto with quick access via underground alternative mobility routes to outer town and parking. Please note the second bedroom can also be made up with a double bed if preferred; the resulting walking room at one corner will be quite narrow. Fast Wifi throughout.
