Beach Reunion proudly presents "Touched by the Sun," a stunning Mediterranean-style home recently updated in 2023. This stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of classical design and modern amenities. Just 100 yards from the private beach, this home offers unbeatable proximity to sun and surf. The travertine pool deck features brand new lounge chairs with plush cushions, ideal for basking in the sun! The large 25 x 14 pool, is perfect for a refreshing dip and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Enjoy poolside cookouts with the well-appointed outdoor grilling area.

"Touched by the Sun" ensures comfort and style from the moment you step inside, making it a perfect retreat. The living area and kitchen conveniently located to facilitate easy access with groceries and luggage. The spacious, open floor plan showcases stunning architectural archways, adding to the home's Mediterranean charm. Relax in the living room with plush leather sofas that comfortably seat 8 guests. Additional chairs are provided for family gatherings and movie nights. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55" flat-screen TV, positioned for optimal viewing. Adjustable plantation shutters offer maximum privacy when needed, or can be opened to overlook the swimming pool and let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

The kitchen is a chef’s paradise, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel Viking appliances, including dual dishwashers and a standalone ice maker. It’s stocked with rich cabinets and place settings for 28 guests. For dining, you can opt for the bar, the dining room table, or the outdoor Polywood table and chairs. for your family meal together.

When you’re ready to turn in, the first floor features a King Suite with a large private bathroom. Nearby, there’s another full bath in the foyer for the built-in bunk room that sleeps 3, finished in elegant white paneling. Plus, there's a queen-over-queen custom bunk in the media room, ideal for escaping the living room hustle and bustle. The new stackable full-size washer and dryer are on the first to handle your laundry needs. There is a second full size refrigerator for extra storage in the foyer area.

On the second floor, you'll find a game room featuring a TV, pool table, and a high-top bar table for two—ideal for a game of cards or relaxing while enjoying views of the neighborhood or pool from the balcony. Down the hall, there are three King Suites, each uniquely styled with its own private bathroom and flat-screen TV.

On the third floor, you'll find three more guest bedrooms. There's a custom-built bunk room with one full-over-full bunk and one twin-over-twin bunk, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests and featuring its own private bathroom. Additionally, there are two King Suites, each with its own private bathroom—one including a shower/tub combo. Every bedroom offers plenty of space to spread out and relax!

Beach Chair Service- Complimentary Chairs through La Dolce Vita are available from March 1 - October 31 annually! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM.  * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Low Speed Vehicle Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger LSV's, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PARKING: Space for 6 vehicles. No Grass/Street Parking Community Rules

* Weddings/Events –Not Permitted on the Private Beach Access.  (Small Events at the Home Permitted)

* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs. with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
