Charming house located in Wilmington on a very quiet street. Private parking under a carport as well as street parking.
2-bedroom, 1 bath with all the necessities are provided to make your stay feel like you are at home.
Internet is available as well as access to Amazon, and Netflix and HULU.
The house is located within walking distance of shopping, several restaurants, Krogers, movie theater & G.D. WILLIAMS park -enjoy walking/ bicycle path, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, pond, kids large wooden playset, splash park.
It is one mile to our historic downtown as well as a few minutes’ drive to the World Equestrian Center (approximately 5 miles)

Cozy home

Perfect place to stay during a dance competition at the Robert’s Centre. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay-Great Location

We had a great stay at this charming home! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful touches—like the coffee bar and holiday decor that we loved. Its location was perfect, with easy access to the World Equestrian Center (WEC) and plenty of nearby dining options. Communication with the owner was great and made for smooth stay. Highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the area!

Overall impression was good. Only problem was with the bed not being comfortable nor was the couch. House was nice newer appliances etc. Decorated cute. Nice coffee setup. Close to things in town.

Amazing rental

The owner had a sense of what guests are looking for when out of town. Every possible need is taken care of. Our stay was very nice and I highly recommend!

Excellent home!

This was a great VRBO. Everything from the key code access to WiFi working was such an ease. The rooms were perfect and the beautiful upcycled decor was spot on. The house felt like home. Actually I wish it WAS my home. The only sad thing was we only had time to enjoy sleeping, showering, and morning coffee.

I LOVE this property. The house is so warm and decorated beautifully. Location is perfect for WEC. We were more than comfortable; literally a home away from home.

Wilmington Visit

I was very pleased with the facility and how well everything was organized. Very clean and very cozy. I also thought the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definately recomend it to anyone.

WEC stay

Only 10 min to WEC! So cute and so clean! It was wonderful to come back from a hot day of horseshowing to a clean, cool, and roomy house. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver! Kitchen is well stocked with wonderful appliances. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice getaway

Went to Wilmington to see a band perform & wanted a nice place to stay for the weekend. This property was great for that. Communication with the owner was great. The place was clean, comfortable, & cozy. Would recommend staying here if visiting Wilmington.

Fabulous

This house was really nice. Very clean, well stocked, easy to get to and easy to live in. I would recommend this listing to almost anyone. It is not handicapped accessible. There are a few stairs. Other than that this house is perfect for ambulatory people.

Nice stay close to the WEC

Cute little home in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and comfortable. Perfect place to end a long day at a horse show. Host was always very quick to reply and willing to work with you on check in times.

Cute house great location

Cute house in town, close to everything. 10 minutes away from WEC. House had plenty of towels, and extra amenities; garbage bags, dishwasher pods, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, coffee and laundry detergent. I would definitely stay her again
