This vacation rental is just three miles from Dollywood and only four miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Visit Pigeon Forge for exciting attractions like the Island at Pigeon Forge, the Titanic Museum Attraction, and Wonderworks. Spend the day at Dollywood experiencing terrific rides and watching great live shows. For the colder months, there is a seasonal gas fireplace to warm yourself around, a DVD player, and for the more energetic or young at heart, an arcade video game machine, pool table, and darts in the loft area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
