Living area boasts two sofas and two large easy chairs.

2ND FLOOR BEDROOM 2 is the Master Bedroom with private large gulfront balcony. 1 king bed , 2 twins(daybed with trundle) Master bath ,tub,sep shower,double sinks, ensuite(this bath is private off bedroom)

Birthday celebration

Great location, right on the beach, quiet, spectacular views. The negative for us would be that the condo is very outdated, tired, worn and in dire need of upgrades throughout the condo.

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

By the sea

The property is not brand new but it is well-kept and functional and that is just fine with me friendly staff friendly Contacts clean very thought out floor plan right bye the ocean on the beach close to the shops dining not fat from fishing, spa , beds were very comfortable, we will be returning.

The location was excellent. Beach and pool were great. The condo could have been cleaner...especially floors and bathrooms. Decorating is awful. Cluttered dust collecting stuff everywhere, even on closet floor. Clean it out. Then it would be much more appealing.

Perfect family vacation

The floor plan of this unit and the location of the complex made for a perfect family vacation. We spent each day on the beach, then the kids wanted to stop for a little pool time before returning to the room.

Deep cleaning is a must

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .

Great location.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with a good sized pool and hot tub to share with other condo guests. Covered parking was nice though a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, average condo.

We greatly enjoyed the location of this property. Great proximity to the beach, pool and back porch restaurant. Our private beach was never crowded and the pool was never too crowded either. The gas grills were great for preparing meals. The view from the deck was great.

Awesome beach front view!

The 3 bedroom condo had comfortable king beds, enough seating for all 6 of us and an incredible ocean front view. The only negative for us was the dirty floors.

Beautiful View

The property was located right on the ocean and access to the beach was perfect. There were signs up to keep the section in front of the building more private for those paying for that convenience. In full transparency it does sleep 12, but there are only 3 bedrooms so #11 & #12 are in the living room. It is an older unit, but comfortable and convenient. We had 11 adults and had no issues with cooking or sitting around the 8 seat table to enjoy the fellowship with each other. There were two ocean front balconies which made watching the sun rise easy! The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was great! I recommend this rental to anyone looking to have an amazing vacation. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach once we arrived in Destin! Crab Island is a must and the Back Porch restaurant was nice!

Ladies Trip

Family vacation

Loved the location and the fact that it was not crowded on the beach. Nearby places people were on top of each other. Perfect weather and nearby restaurant and rental sporting options.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at unit 215 at Seafarer. The condo is spacious with room for sleeping for every one. We love the location near restaurants , entertainment and shopping. We especially appreciate the low density facility that’s not so crowded. That turned out to be invaluable this year providing good social distancing while on the beach.

Great location, private beach

Our stay at the Seafarer was great. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. The chair set up every morning was fantastic and private beach made it feel very exclusive. It wasn’t overcrowded like some of the other areas of the beach. The inside of the condo was clean and e set up was fine for us having many teens on our trip, they were able to have their own bed/bath. The only recommendation I have is to put a mirror in the downstairs bedroom, it is greatly needed to avoid having to walk out into the main hall to the bathroom for a mirror. Also, the balcony could use some love, with that fantastic view, it would be nice to have some comfy furniture out there. Overall, the people we met in the complex were great and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back again!

Perfect location, easy access to everything!

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. Having 2 floors made it seem much bigger and give everyone adequate space. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are large and the master bath was great. The location is close to everything "Destin" .. and having our private beach was key. A few cons.. no cleaning supply at all in unit, so you have to provide everything. Kitchen utenstils/dishes could use replacement - no pizza cutter, wine opener. Nothing major. I would stay here again.
