New owners Jim & Jennifer Fair want to make sure you get “Your Fair Share” so they have updated furnishings, flooring, paint and décor and want to share this beautiful getaway with you! Classy & coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas. The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280' of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Beach service is available but not included.

The place was really nice and clean and in the perfect location, steps away from the beach and one of the best restaurants in Destin (The Back Porch). The place was clean and nicely decorated and the washer/dryer came in very handy. Both balcony views were breathtaking and very relaxing. The only flaw that we encountered was the pull-out trundle bed in which you were able to feel the wood frames as there was no support under the mattress.

Condo was nice, but you could tell the cleaning was rushed because there was food left on top of the fridge, crumbs on the tables. Other than that I think it was very nice and cozy! Definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Room was very clean and had been nicely updated for an older property. Parking and proximity to beach was convenient. The TV was a little confusing so we weren't able to figure out how to watch live March Madness until the last night - would recommend clearer instructions. We tried to load an app so we could watch, but a PIN was required that we didn't have. Also some issues with the downstairs AC; fortunately it wasn’t too hot but never got below 73 degrees- would be an issue in the heat of summer.

Loved the condo! Balcony views were my favorite to sit and sip my coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins and then have a glass of wine at night while watching the breathtaking sunsets.I also love the fact that the beach access is so close. You don’t have to walk very far before you’re relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the water. There are plenty of restaurants and family friendly things to do within close proximity. Will be back next season!

Waking up to the beach view was great!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially with how convenient it was close to the beach especially with our little ones definitely made it easy to just walk out to the beach. The rooms come with sun umbrellas and beach chairs, toys which definitely made the experience a lot easier for us! Definitely will be coming back!

Best Stay Ever

We had a such a wonderful time here! Would highly recommend. Stunning views, easy access to clean, well kept beach, heated pool and hot tub. Beach umbrella and chairs were provided which was definitely a plus. We will for sure be staying again soon!

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay! It was exactly what was posted in the pictures. Property manager was very helpful and nice. The beach is just steps. We will book here again.

First off the communication is terrible. I sent payment via Zelle I sent Multiple emails and messages on VRBO to confirm payments since I was still getting emails that a balance was due no response. Upon arrival it would have been nice to include where exactly room is so parking would be easier since it is a tight parking garage. Toilets were disgusting. Outlets upstairs do not work. Upstairs bathroom sinks drain VERY slow. Layer of dust in upstairs bedroom. It is very hot upstairs due to the huge window that has no shade on it. Also the upstairs bedroom has vents in the floor another reason why the cooling was so poor. I messaged the host one time asking if booking included umbrella and chairs on beach then I informed her that the front door hinge was extremely loose the screw was completely out NO RESPONSE. I had to call her one time because the front door was not unlocking the door, the code was correct I could hear it just clicking not actually unlock the door and she seemed her annoyed with me calling that one time. I had to move the couch to find my sons AirPod full of food, dust, gummy bears very disgusting. Couches full of food, crumbs, sand, to the point they were itchy and uncomfortable to sit on. The location is perfect extremely easy access to beach, had a spot to rinse off sand. I would not choose this condo or host again. Loved the location though

Fantastic Stay!

This place is perfect. We are right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again that’s how much I loved it. It’s a small property and you do have private beach access and that was nice. The pictures posted are accurate.

Loved it!!!

This was a perfect getaway for our Thanksgiving break. The beach is beautiful, the condo is in a great location and Pinkie was amazing! It had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

A Good Stay

A great time to get away. But the pool was not heated, so that was a bummer. The staff was very responsive to the refrigerator going out and had a new one there that day.

Great Area Great Views!

Beautiful little place. Cute decor. Quiet area. Close to attractions. Walk to The Back Porch restaurant. Private Beach, but close to other larger groups. Perfect views from both floors! Can’t wait to return!

Family vacation

We absolutely love the location of this place . We rented one bedroom a couple years ago and came back! For teens you can watch from the balcony and for younger kids it’s a short walk to the bathroom or nap time ! October was a good time to visit . The water was a little too cold for our liking but it didn’t stop us from still swimming! I definitely recommend this place !
