Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet it's minutes to main street shopping, mashpee commons, restaurants, etc. Closest ocean beaches are Bristol & Menahaunt and only a quick 10 minute drive to popular Old Silver. Enjoy a stroll or bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike path which is a paved four mile pathway that takes you through the natural woodlands, marshes and coastline. It is the only bike path on Cape Cod that runs along the seashore. Picturesque walking trails and salt water inlets are also part of the makeup of Falmouth. Make sure you catch some of the arts performed at the Woods Hole Film Festival or the Falmouth Theatre Guild.
