Enjoy the view of the ocean from our second-floor deck and visit 4 Narragansett beaches within 2 miles of our beautiful chalet! (Scarborough State Beach is 1.7 miles away, Roger Wheeler State Beach is 1.4 miles away, Camp Cronin Fishing area with a beach is only .5 miles away and Salty Brine State Beach is 2 miles away)

You'll find every inch of this home to be tasteful and classic with a touch of eclectic accents throughout the home. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. It has an outdoor dining area under the deck and a very large yard. You are also right around the corner (1/4 mile) from Iggy’s Doughboys, Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream and Spain Restaurant.

This is a great house to accommodate people who may have difficulty with stairs. There are two bedrooms (King/Twin bedroom) and a Queen bedroom on the first floor (no stairs to get into house.) The kitchen is also on the first floor and there is an out door dining table on the ground level with an outdoor propane grill.

Plenty of outdoor space for yard games, or just relaxing on the deck.

Linens and bath towels are included in this rental. You are not required to provide your own. To limit your packing, we provide Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, a Beach Stroller, Boogie Boards and a Beach Tote. There is even a Corn Hole game for your use.

Gorgeous house with a gorgeous view

This house was perfect for our family and guests. The front yard and deck made for the perfect place for kids to run and play and adults to relax and take in the view. Camp Cronin beach is walkable and we were able to take our dog there. Close to shops and restaurants too. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely attentive and got back to me very quickly when we needed extra blankets. 10/10!!

Lovely house in the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay on Conant Ave! The house is spacious with a rather large yard for kids to play and easy access to EVERYTHING. The neighborhood is quiet and cute. Definitely recommend!

Clean, Family-Friendly Home!

Our family loved our short vacation to this home! It was such a great trip to feel at home in Narragansett. Everything is so close and easy to get to from here! Also, Gregg was great help and extremely easy to communicate with!

Family destination

My family loved this house and location. Gregg had a great supply of beach items that we brought to a perfect kids beach just down the road. Our kids loved playing in the big yard. The deck was great for enjoying the sunshine. We had a great visit and loved the house.

Great Location

This house was so cute and a big hit amongst our group. Towels were neatly folded on each bed and there were a lot of nice touches as far as starter supplies go. The location is in a quiet area and was within a 12 minute drive of all activities we did. This house was perfect for a group of 10 with the rooms split between upstairs and downstairs. It never felt crowded. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the layout is very open. There was plenty of fridge space and seating indoors and outdoors. The only concern I did have was that the spiral staircase is narrow, but it’s a great touch. Great host communication with restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this property!

Quiet neighborhood with beach view!

The rental home is close in proximity to a small sitting area overlooking the beach (right at the end of the road) and was located in a quiet neighborhood perfectly designed for a night time stroll. Bedrooms were adequate in size and 2 full bathrooms were an awesome plus, perfect for what we needed. The outdoor shower was awesome for a relaxing rinse off after the beach. We had a small mishap with one of the tubs not filling up with water but the renter sent a plumber over immediately! Talk about great service! I would have loved for some added water pressure on the showers especially after a fun filled day at the beach with the kids, but I’m sure that is a small adjustment that can be made! The washer and dryer combo were an incredible bonus. Keeping up with beach towels and dirty clothes was extremely helpful! Plus, both units were next to silent so we could do laundry late while the kids slept without a worry! Kitchen came equipped with all the cooking essentials along with a gas grille outside. Adding some food storage items to the kitchen would be so helpful since we were cutting up fruit for the children during our stay. But overall, the kitchen had all that we needed! Being our first trip to the area, the renter provided us with a bunch of awesome information including local beaches, parking information, fishing spots, etc. They also included information for traveling to Block Island, which we took advantage of! A must during your trip! (Go to Ballards!!) Overall, I am glad we stumbled upon this rental and highly recommend it!

Amazing Week Away!

I recently stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend with 6 adults and three children (1,2, and 4). This house was perfect and had everything! It was large, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a home away from home. The large yard was great for the kids to run around in and the deck offered a beautiful view of the ocean. It was close to many beaches as well as restaurants and ice cream! The owner was extremely friendly and was quick to respond to questions. It was sad to leave, even the 2 year old was sad to be back home. Thanks for the great vacation home!

Beach get away

This is a very cute house. We had to put our own linens on the beds when we arrived and the home has some minor cosmetic things that need to fixed like the toilet upstairs is not bolted in. The house is situated very close to the beaches and the town is charming.

Comfortable on Conant !

We started our vacation with a tropical storm but the house was big enough ( and safe enough!) to keep 7 adults comfortable even with an almost 24 hr power outage. Great location to restaurants and beaches. Easy to do day trips to Newport and Block Island . Very clean and well equipped home!

Beautiful view of the ocean

This is a nice property. Gorgeous views from the upstairs deck. A bit of an odd layout but very comfortable. Could use an umbrella outside but other than that had everything you need. The owner and property manager responded quickly to any questions and needs we had.

Great Location!

This house is by far in the best location of Narragansett. We have stayed in all the different areas and this was great! The house was very clean and nicely updated. The view of the water was fantastic from the upper deck, but even from the back patio you can see it. Right down the road is public access to the water so you can watch the surfers with your early morning coffee, which was very cool! The layout is a little funky. The kitchen is on the first floor and the living room is on the second so it got a little lonely for us moms not being with the rest of the group during meal prep. Also, the stairs to get upstairs to the two additional bed rooms and living room is a spiral staircase. My family slept upstairs so by the end of the week those stairs certainly lost their novelty. Overall this is a great house and we would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful stay! Great location in small neighborhood with beautiful ocean views. House is perfect for 8 adults ( couples or families with teens). Lots of open space inside and out. Outside perfect for games - corn hole provided was key. Views from deck were perfect. Bedrooms spacious and bathrooms large and super water pressure. Large kitchen with all the amenities. Close to beaches and ferry to block island. You won’t be disappointed with this stay! Thanks Gregg!

Great location

Our quaranteam spent a couple of days here and really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The ocean views from the second floor were stunning. I didn’t really care for the stairs between the first and second floor as we had children with us and they are a tight spiral staircase. The location is truly a gem. Be sure to walk down to the water down the street. It’s all rocks and they may be slippery, but people go surfing down there and you can sit and watch the sunset. Also walk down the street as there are various lookout points and very pretty houses.
