Clean and immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, beautiful setting one block to ocean, Scarborough State beach! Floor plan is spacious on main level, with kitchen, dining and living all open to each other, with large deck off the kitchen/dining, with comfortable seating and grilling enjoying spectacular ocean views. Bedrooms on 2nd floor as well as a full bath stand up shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds with ocean views, and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle that creates two twins or 1 king. All bedrooms have their own television. Also provided, is a highchair, port-a-crib and wagon. This house is beautifully decorated, including linens, bath towel sets and beach towels!

We stayed for four nights for a family beach trip, 5 adults and two children. The house was in a fantastic location across the street from Scarborough Beach with an ocean view. It was very family friendly and we had a wonderful trip. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We attended parents weekend at URI and had a fantastic stay at this charming house. The house and kitchen are very well equipped. The location so close to the Ocean is priceless and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect for our weekend away!

This is a great house; we had family and friends come and go and the indoor space, outdoor deck and lawn was perfect! We also loved being walking distance to the beach.Robin, the property manager was very responsive and enabled us some flexibility with check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend considering this home for your next beach vacation!

Wonderful beach cottage!

Tons of beach gear provided, lovely beach cottage and felt like a lot of space for us! Great yard. Being across the street from the beach was truly wonderful!

Perfect vacation stay

This was such a lovely beach house. It’s minutes away from the water and is even more beautiful in person. The house is comfortable, clean, and has every tool necessary to cook a delicious dinner on the grill or in the kitchen.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice, clean home close to the water. Great spot to relax or spend a nice weekend away. Listing and pics are all accurate and Robin was very attentive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great weekend.

Wonderful Location

The owner was super responsive and helpful in all aspects. Location in about a 3 min walk to the beach which was great with little kids. Yard is also a great place to play and hang out. Very clean and comfortable.

Location, Location, Location!

The water view is fabulous but the house itself is located in such a convenient area! We were able to take amazing day trips while spending each morning walking/jogging along the ocean front! Couldn’t ask for a better rental!

Perfect Location, Super Clean

The house was even better in person than the photos show. There are ocean views from almost all of the rooms in the house. Everything was super clean which made us all feel very comfortable during our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs, and street parking passes included. Only thing to note is that the rooms are pretty tight. Such a cute house!
