Love the views of the water and lighthouse, definitely can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Great location (walk to beach, restaurants and ice cream). Overall, great house, especially love the big kitchen area. Wonderful front porch and deck areas for eating and lounging. The host was extremely helpful, great communication and all my queries were answered promptly. Already booked again for next year!

Unbelievable ocean views, perfect location. Walk to the beach and a cute coffee shop. Close enough to everything you need, groceries and dining out. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and nice outdoor space on two decks. Nick is a responsive host too!

Beautiful home with amazing views! The home is in a great location, feels cozy, is clean, safe, and has plenty of space/common areas to spend quality time. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a laundry area, private backyard, and garage available. Truly feels like home away from home. The host was also amazing, attentive, and very responsive. Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful home with everything you could need for a vacation week. Amazing views, quiet neighborhood, close to several beaches and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Hover family vacation

We had a great vacation at Point Judith. The location had spectacular views and close to everything. Enjoyed all the festivities around July 4th in the area.

Listing was very accurate, instructions thorough. Very responsive host. Battery went out on door lock, and they sent a handyman within 10 minutes! Great view and location.My only suggestions would be to get new pillows. Providing more bath towels would be nice. We were fewer persons than it held and could have used more. Overall, great rental and would rent here again.

Excellent. Great for a family. Location and yard were great for kids. Only draw back was mattresses were not comfortable and should have a couple kings.

Family vacation

First house we've stayed in at Narragansett that we've wanted to rent again - and we've stayed in Narragansett for years. Loved spending time on that upper deck!

Great family house

The house is spacious with a great view! Rooms a clean and neighborhood is quiet. After having previously stayed closer to Narragansett beach, I can honestly say, this location is better! Less crowded, and I prefer the beaches around (unless you lie big waves). Roger wheeler beach is perfect for kids!

This was the PERFECT location for my husband's 50th birthday with 5 couples. The house had rooms for all of us and it's clean and beautiful. The ocean view from almost every window is spectacular. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, watch surfers, go to Ocean Mist and Boone Street and hang out in Newport at night. I highly recommend and Im very picky!

Amazing Graduation Weekend

The house was well stocked, comfortable and superbly located for a getaway with friends or family. We spent time in Newport, Mystic, and Providence and were able to relax and cook at home afterwards with great company. The porches are and views are beautiful. We'll definitely return!

The accommodations included many great amenities, yet the bedrooms lacked simple things like a chair and mirrors and mattresses were lumpy. There was a glitch with the air conditioning which caused one room to be extremely cold while another room was hot. Credit to the responsive host for sending repairmen. Unfortunately , a part needed to be ordered which wasn’t to be available until after we were scheduled to leave. A wind and rainstorm presented some additional challenges which we were able to navigate without too much inconvenience. In spite of those challenges , we were happy with the house and its amenities, and its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. We recommend it to others.
