3 Bedroom Townhome with Heated Pool!

In a quiet location about 10 minutes from downtown St. George and a beautiful 45 minute drive to Zion, you will have this entire 1,500 sq ft home all to yourself! TV service, fast internet, 2.5 baths, stocked kitchen, full access to the hot tub and heated pool, walking trails and mountain biking right out the front door. You'll also find hundreds of great restaurants and activities just within a 10 minute drive. This is an entire home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the other bathroom upstairs. On the main level you will find a kitchen with just about everything you need, a living room, a half bath, and laundry room. An attached two-car garage is also available for your convenience.

Please bring your own pool towels and leave key in designated spot upon checkout. Loss of the pool key will result in a $60.00 charge to your account.
After checkout, I will require $50 + shipping costs if I have to make the dreaded trip to the post office to send something you left behind.

The property was nice and the rookms comfortable. We were there for a birthday party for my dad so basically the place was a place for us to sleep but not much else. The amenities were there but we did not take advantage of them as we tried to spend as much time as possible with family.

It was just right for 5 people. Everyone had their own space. The bike trails were awesome and the pool. I would definitely stay again. Communication with Tyler was excellent and he was very quick to respond.

Nice neighborhood & location

Very nice place. It had everything we needed for a week long family getaway and MTB trip. The garage was a big plus and our son-in-law loved the pool.

Incredible property with excellent ambience, great location, super view of the lake, very clean, well kept, solid amenities. Owners were incredible to work with. We plan to return again to the same location.
