Best place we've stayed in years of travel!

Beautiful accommodations and spacious. Perfect for family stay. Location convenient and also nicely tucked away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, appliances and towels. It was nice to have everything we needed. There also was plenty of towels and bedding which was so nice. We love the pool and club house as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall great place to stay. Very clean and well is maintained. Great amenities, the pools were clean and well taken care of. The rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a cool fishing pond, and a close drive to everything St. george has to offer. We will be staying here again.

Fantastic stay! The owner communicated with us very well and was very welcoming and kind. They even let us check out a little late :) The house is beautiful, and the surrounding area is unbelievably gorgeous. We are very fortunate to have stayed at such a great place with many amenities.

Family Getaway

Loved the location! We spent some time at Sand Hollow and also in St. George. Perfect spot for both. Definitely will book this place again!

Wonderful property!

This property is perfect! I really appreciated the little extras they thought of, like having ziplock baggies! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great experience at this property. Owner is very communicative, property is clean, the neighborhood is quiet, checking in was a breeze. We had everything we needed including the little things like nightlights which add that extra touch of home. Location was ideal for our vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great weekend getaway for an affordable price.

We brought our family of 7 adults to celebrate a birthday. It was a wonderful townhouse with plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped with everything that we needed. We plan on staying there again in the future.

Very comfortable and responsive host

Everything was wonderful at the condo. The beds were very comfortable! It was very clean, and had modern decor. The host answered all of my questions very quickly. We recommend staying here!

Spring Break

This property was perfect for our vacation home away from home for our spring break trip with our family. It was clean & stocked with all the basic paper goods as well as any dishes you might need to do any cooking. The beds were very comfortable. The community pools were great to catch some much needed sun & play time. We will definitely stay here again! 5 out of 5 star review !!!

Senior Softball Tournament

Rick and Marci are wonderful hosts. We visited St. George for the Huntsman’s Senior Games. This condo was perfect for us. It is beautiful inside and totally stocked with whatever you would need. Another person staying with us is a double amputee (legs) and had some special needs. The main floor master bedroom and large bath/shower were perfect for her. We would absolutely stay here again if available. Thank you again Rick and Marci. Steve and Jane 👍

We’ve stayed at Rick’s other nearby property about eight times so we knew what to expect in this other unit.Large, well-laid-out condo with four real bedrooms (king/queen), perfect for a group of adults. Quieter than the highway-facing units, which made a noticeable difference.Kitchen is well stocked, everything you need plus extras like containers, spices, foil, ziplocks. BBQ works great. Plenty of other paper supplies throughout.Great setup for our MTB trips, easy access out, good-sized garage for bikes, lots of parking. Pool and hot tub are a short walk and kept very clean.Nice back patio, sun in the morning, shade later. Also found a great sunset spot 5 minutes away overlooking the golf course.Rick continues to be an excellent host. Highly recommend him and both of his properties

Wonderful weekend getaway

This property is just as described and was a great place to stay. Our party consisted of 3 adult couples and one teenager. Each couple had their own room, as well as the teenager. The 2 1/2 baths provided enough showers and toilets for everyone to be comfortable. The condo was clean and very well maintained. The club house and pool area were clean. We loved having two pools and two hot tubs available. Rick was a great host and all communications from him were very friendly, clear, and timely. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's far enough away from the city so that it's not busy, but close enough to get anywhere you need to in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

College reunion

4 college buddies have a yearly reunion golf trip. The location was perfect for easy access to numerous golf courses. But the Coral Canyon course proved to be the best value. Our condo was perfect for the location and easy access to the highway. The club house, where we had access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs was great and never crowded. The property was great and full stocked. Two of our group are "foodies" and were impressed with the kitchen. Would highly recommend! Great Stay!!
