Located right on the Gulf of Mexico in the center of Orange Beach, this condo at The Enclave features a sun-splashed private balcony with wonderful views of the water and the beach below. Come home from days spent swimming and sunbathing to find a luxurious jetted tub in the master bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and wet bar, and community amenities that include outdoor and indoor pools, a sundeck, a grilling area, and tennis courts.

The Enclave is a Gulf-front property located in the heart of Orange Beach, surrounded by a variety of eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences. You'll find all sorts of outdoor fun awaiting at Adventure Island (one mile west) and Gulf State Park (one mile west), as well as all along Highway 59 in Gulf Shores (six miles west) - the home of the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. The property is also nine miles southeast of the Craft Farms Golf Club, and five miles southeast of The Wharf - a one-stop spot for great shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Overall stay was nice. However there are not 3 king beds and one queen as listed, there are 2 kings and 2 queens. Room does have an ice maker at the wet bar, that was a nice surprise. Water in showers and kitchen is hot and has lots of pressure, which we loved! Good location at the beachfront, not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. There is not always ample parking so we wanted to walk to as much as we could so as to not lose our parking space.

Orange Beach Family Vacation

Overall the property was very good. It was located right on the beach, and near 3 grocery stores. The parking is inadequate. Overflow parking is not convenient. Only 2 parking passes for a condo that sleeps 10. The location and layout of the unit was very nice. The middle of the third floor with a protruding balcony was nice. I didn’t like using the elevators, but there were two that functioned pretty well.

Mixed Feelings

Nice location and overall we enjoyed the trip. However, we had some issues with lights not working as well as some bugs in the condo. The lights on the patio overlooking the beach/ocean weren't working. It was completely dark out there.

Weekend getaway

A group of friends stayed for an event in Orange Beach the room was clean and the view was beautiful. Definitely worth the money would stay there again.

Great condo and location - bring your own pillow & blow dryer

Overall our stay was really good! The condo was clean and looked just as pictured. I deducted one star because the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The beds were great, but the pillows were not. I also found it odd that the condo did not have a blow dryer for guest to use. So, bring your own pillows and a blow dryer. Everything else was great, thanks!

We loved this 4 bed 3 bath condo at the perfect 3rd level! It fit all the needs we had for multiple families with children! I absolutely loved the outdoor pool!! It was the perfect level for children!

Better than the reviews

Just returned from a great trip at this unit. It is very large, relatively clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and very nice. The beds are relatively comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is very easy, parking was never a problem and the overall crowds were reasonable. Book this one with confidence.

Clean place although very dates and worn furniture and decor.

The kitchen was lacking enough silverware and cooking pans. Also there were no blankets for the beds.

Nice stay!

There were 5 of us, ranging from ages 13 to 75. It was spacious, we all had our own space, a great view of the gulf, so close to the beach. Overa stay was confortable and lovely. As other reviewers have said, some items and areas of the condo could use some updating, but doesn't take away from the overall stay in my opinion. I do suggest that the panes on the balcony be cleaned more often as you are unable to see anything through them while sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the view. One of us cleaned a couple of the panes so we could see. The only other thing I would say is the main area floors could be a tad cleaner... if we walked barefoot, our feet were very dirty. Despite those couple of things, all of us enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Getaway

Great beachfront location and close to restaurants and grocery and retail stores. Property is comfortable, but could use some updating. Upholstery and carpets need professional cleaning. One bathroom had a cabinet door off the hinges. Garbage disposal was broken. Management was very helpful with bringing blankets when we asked but they were for twin beds, not king and queen sizes. Overall, the property was comfortable but could use some TLC. The pools were great and management helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Ocean view beautiful, interior not so much

The spacious condo was great for our family but I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness & upkeep inside. Stained seating, ceilings appear to have water damage or mold stains especially in master bath & what appears to be the backing from a rug, stuck to the hardwood floor in master bedroom. The bottoms of our feet were literally black within minutes of being in the place. Outdoor seating was moldy & had to be cleaned before using it. All this didn’t ruin our vacation but who wants to arrive at the beach & have to clean things first??

Family and friends beach vacation

First, the location was great! Close to everything! Neighborhood Walmart, souvenir shops, liquor store, etc across the street. We loved the view from our condo and the closeness to the beach. There was plenty of space for all ten in our group. It was clean, but I would recommend a deep cleaning of the rental. The kitchen appliances are dated and cold use an upgrade also a Kureig. The condo has limited necessities and could use a few extras to make it convenient. Parking is limited. If there’s nothing available you have to park across the street at a hotel. So, even with parking passes your not guaranteed a spot. Overall, it worked out good.
