This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.
Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.
The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:
- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.
- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.
- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.
- 2nd full bath off hallway.
The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.
You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.
Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each, if paid online in advance of your arrival. Otherwise, the passes are $65 if paid on the day of your arrival. A link to purchase the pass(s) in advance of your arrival will be sent to you. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.
LOCAL DIRECT SUPPORT: The condo is hosted locally by a single point of contact who's just a call or text away!
SPECIAL OCCASION? If you're visiting the coast for a special occasion - birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc., we'd be happy to display some themed decorations in the condo at no extra charge! Just let us know when you book!

I had the best time! The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing and everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful! I never had to wait for an elevator. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and then some! The reclining leather couch was amazing and perfect for tv watching or an afternoon nap! The indoor hot tub and pool were nice, The outdoor pool was awesome with lots of lounge chairs. It wasn’t too crowded. The. beach sunsets were amazing I would definitely book another stay when I’m in the area! I had the most relaxing time!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our plans changed last minute and we had more people than originally expected which worked out great with the double bunk beds. Host was very kind and accommodating.

Loved this condo! Very pretty view and the beds were so comfy, the bunk bed room fit multiple girls very comfortably!

We were very pleased with the condo. We usually go to Destin but have decided this is our new go-to spot. Only a couple of tiny things…we couldn’t figure the light in the laundry room or master closet and I am 5’2” and the washer is deep. I had to push a chair over and stand on it to get all the clothes out. Home Depot has a “grabber” (like what you pick up trash with) for about 11-12.00. But it was a nice trip.

The host was super informative, the condo was super clean and well kept. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again.

We had a great time loved the furniture. Really liked the couch with the recliners. Most condos the furniture isn’t comfortable this one is got nice furniture. Would rent it again.

Room was spotless and the host was wonderful. Answered any questions I had and responded quickly. Location was perfect we even walked to dinner at Zeke’s but ubered everywhere else.

The view was amazing. The furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. Nicki was quick to address the small problem we had with a light. Very pleased with our stay!
