Everything was as described, very well stocked kitchen, of course beautiful views of the gulf. Loved being so close to the pass, that end of the beach was quiet - very peaceful getaway.

Absolutely loved our stay at Phoenix East II. The condo was very nice, beds were comfy, and Nikki was a fantastic hostess!! Will definitely book with her again!

My first impression when we arrived- Check in was a bit confusing and the building is older . The entrance and elevators were not the nicest. However, the condo was great. Everything was clean for the most part. The host was excellent! Responded immediately every time I messaged her. The location is good. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean!! Condo was just like online pictures. Nicki was very helpful! The new couch was very comfortable! View was very good and the balcony was a nice touch! Kitchen was well supplied to be able to cook. It was a very nice stay!

Beautiful space with modern furniture, not that 80s style wicker beach furniture. Very clean - not one speck of sand. Smelled great - most gulf front condos I have stayed in smell musty, not this one. A/C was rocking. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. View was amazing - a lot of dolphin activity every morning. Having binoculars available was an added bonus. Loved watching boats go in and out of Perdido Pass throughout the day. Definitely adding this condo to my favorites to book again.

I had the best time! The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing and everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful! I never had to wait for an elevator. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed and then some! The reclining leather couch was amazing and perfect for tv watching or an afternoon nap! The indoor hot tub and pool were nice, The outdoor pool was awesome with lots of lounge chairs. It wasn’t too crowded. The. beach sunsets were amazing I would definitely book another stay when I’m in the area! I had the most relaxing time!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our plans changed last minute and we had more people than originally expected which worked out great with the double bunk beds. Host was very kind and accommodating.

We were very pleased with the condo. We usually go to Destin but have decided this is our new go-to spot. Only a couple of tiny things…we couldn’t figure the light in the laundry room or master closet and I am 5’2” and the washer is deep. I had to push a chair over and stand on it to get all the clothes out. Home Depot has a “grabber” (like what you pick up trash with) for about 11-12.00. But it was a nice trip.

We had a great time loved the furniture. Really liked the couch with the recliners. Most condos the furniture isn’t comfortable this one is got nice furniture. Would rent it again.
