Marlin Key #3A has an upscale living and dining layout, washer and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, and a large private balcony, which features a convenient outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meals with a view you won't forget any time soon! The condominium amenities include a Gulf front shared pool, an outdoor grilling area so you can treat your friends to a delicious grilled meal, covered parking, and a private beach boardwalk. The property is conveniently located to shops and unique restaurants.

This prime location is perfect for every beachgoer - the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are at your fingertips. The touristic coastal town of Orange Beach is a short drive away to the west and there you'll find a plethora of restaurants everyone in your group will surely enjoy. For the outdoors enthusiasts, the Gulf State Park is nearby. The Wharf Amphitheater & Ferris Wheel, Adventure Island, Back Bay Sailing Adventures, Hummingbird Zipline Course, Beach Bike Rentals, Arena The Next Level Arcade, and Pirate Ship Cruise are all a short drive away.

The Most Wonderful Condo

This condo is hands down the best condo my family and I have stayed in. It was extremely clean and was the most well-stocked condo. All of the amenities were there and even things we never thought to expect were also provided (fans in every room, beach toy closet, etc.). This is definitely a condo we would return to in the future.

Everything was wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the keypad would get stuck sometimes, making it hard to open the door.

Great Location, Needs some upgrades and new cleaners

The location was great! Condo definitely needs new cleaners!! The showers and tub were not cleaned at all!! Other people's hair everywhere and black bottoms on the shower.. The master bedroom had just a sheet on the bed, absolutely no comforter or any blankets, just a sheet, and the condo offered no extra blankets, just sheets! Froze the first night and had to buy a blanket for the next night! The queen bed comforter had some disgusting white nasty spots on it, which we all knew what it was! You could clearly tell it had not been washed in a long time, so of course we had to wash it before we could even use the bed! Condo definitely needs some upgrades. The master bedroom needs to get rid of the chester drawer. It's in a very inconvenient spot, making the room seem smaller! Just mount the TV and do a long Chester drawer under the window. 10am check-out is a little ridiculous! Should at least be 11am!! especially since check-in is not until 4pm!! Will definitely stay here again if the upgrades are made and new cleaners! Really didn't want to come on vacation to clean!

Perfect location and plenty of room

We enjoyed the room space , view and location. Will definitely book again. Just beware don’t leave anything on the beach after dark the beach patrol will pick up and not return.

Family vacation

My two brothers and i brought our kids (9yr,8,7, two 5, 4yr old kids) We left moms at home. Its was a great place, great location, and close to everything on the strip, a mile from grocery store. I can not say one bad thing about this property. It suited our needs just right with the 3 bathrooms, room full of bunk beds, and the bar top counter didnt leave anyone sitting on outside for dinner! I would definitely come back.

Will Rebook for 2025

We've had the pleasure of staying at Marlin Key years ago in a different unit and decided it was time to return. We enjoy the low-key and relaxing vibe of the complex as opposed to the hustle and bustle of some popular high-rise complexes we've stayed. The elevator was never crowded, another big plus. And while I value getting in my steps for the day, we didn't have to hassle with long walks from car to the unit or to the pool and beach. Both the beach and pool were never crowded which makes it much easier to watch the kids. Only one row of beach chairs here ❤️ 3A proved to have plenty of space for our party of seven. The beds were comfortable (always a huge worry when booking) although some were a bit squeaky lol. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates and utensils and was spacious. No problems with the dryer drying the clothes as long as we used the correct cycle. And the sunsets from 3A were AMAZING...always love a west end unit for sunsets. We are looking to rebook for next year!

Spacious Condo Sixty Seconds from the Gulf

The location of this condo is ideal. The beach is second to none on the Gulf of Mexico. The covered patio was shaded at the hottest parts of the day and a great place to drink your morning coffee and dolphin watch. The condo was roomy and the 7 of us who stayed were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and promptly fixed a potentially upsetting problem shortly after our arrival. The condo is dated but very clean. The kitchen is adequate for basic meal prep. Loved the two ice makers and the well maintained pool.

Could use a deep cleaning

Size of the condo was perfect for our large family. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. Unit could use a deep cleaning and some attention. Curtains and comforters were visibly soiled. Bunk beds were broke in several spots, dining room chair needs replaced. Bathrooms could use some mildew removal. Refrigerator could use a good wipe down. We had an excellent stay, but I highly recommend someone come in and take a look at these things. Loved the atmosphere of the building. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxed vibe.

Great location, comfortable beds, easy access to beach...met all of our needs for our stay. Management was quick to reply to any questions or assistance. Wonderful stay, will definitely will stay here again.

Not quite up to par for the price!

We arrived, even giving an extra hour, and the cleaning pair were not near finished. The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Not very well stocked. It put a damper on our annual vacation!

Nice stay.

A very nice stay for our family. One thing that happened early this morning when we were packing up to leave is that the code on our door would no longer work. We left 5 hrs before checkout time. Besides that is was a great stay.

Beautiful beach!

We had a great time in Orange Beach! The sand was great and Marlin Key was wonderful! We especially loved the bunk room for the kiddos! Two ice machines in the unit cranked out enough cubes to fill our medium cooler each day for the beach! This party of 7 will be back!!

Loved the short walk to the beach

Great place to stay in Orange Beach!

Visited Orange Beach with 6 teens for spring break. Great condo! Was able to fit a rented rollaway twin bed in the two bunk bed room. Right on the beach. Quiet building. A little further from all the hubbub of or Gulf Shores. Condo had cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, 1 roll of paper towels, 8 rolls of toilet paper, two rounds of dishwasher cleaner, detergent for 2 loads of wash. Stove, washer/dryer worked fine...we cooked breakfast everyday. My only complaint was the primary shower's floor became very slippery once soap was added...was afraid I would slip. Other than that minor issue...the place was fabulous.

Spring Break in the South

Although the weather was cold and rainy, we at least had a great condo to spend time with the family! We played lots of games and there was plenty of seating for movie nights. This condo was well equipped, comfortable and not to mention very nice! Looking forward to staying here again!
