As per the check-in, we usually ask our guests to confirm their estimated arrival time to schedule accordingly and avoid having to wait for the check-in. As in every hotel, if some guests arrive at the same time they will have to wait their turn for the check-in. We are also working to improve our check-in process and it could be possible to do a self-check-in in some cases that could be very helpful to avoid having to wait. I hope we could have you again as our guest again soon.

We always suggest our guests book our parking lot (2.50-minute walk) or use the building valet parking. Thank you for your kind words and feedback Kelly! We are happy you found the pool and amenities beautiful as well as the apartment! While check-in begins at 3pm, please understand that there are multiple guests arriving around that time and check ins are on a first come first served basis. Moreover, Miami high rise condos are very secure, which is the reason the association needs you to personally go to their office to pick up your personalized amenity card. Otherwise anyone and everyone would have access to the amenities. The basement is where security is and is one of the safest areas to be in the building. As for the toilets and soaps, after revisiting our exchange of messages, we haven't found any text in regards to this. Had we known, we would've immediately passed by to verify and solve the problem. It is true that uber rides during Art Basel (the days you came to Miami) are more expensive due to the increased demand, however, brickell IS the city center and there is everything you need at walking distance. Again, thank you for your comments , it was lovely hosting you!
