Overall the accommodations were wonderful. Communication with the hist was seamless. The listing was as described. Great area. View was amazing. The ONLY issue we constantly encountered was the elevator fobs not working. We would have to back track to the desk to have them give us access. The only solution offered was to go "downstairs" to security to address the issue. It seems they desk wpuld be able to handle that issue being that they had all my info. None the less, that was a small inconvenience in an otherwise great stay

Miami prior to cruise.

Wonderful property in a great location. Esma very helpful and Lula was wonderful giving us some ideas for dining in the area. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent location, clean property

Had a great stay during art week and was convenient to get rideshare. The condo is clean and stocked with what you would need. Our only 2 wishes would be for paper towels in the kitchen and for there to be true black out shades in the bedrooms. Communication with the host were promptly answered and we had no issues with our stay. Would definitely book the property again.

As advertised: clean, comfortable, convenient

Stayed here for a few days for a work event. Several other coworkers had units throughout the building. This unit was well maintained and clean. I would stay in this unit again. This unit was nicer than several other units rented by co workers which had a mix of maintenance and cleanliness issues. The location is convenient/walkable to many restaurants and two grocery stores

Hidden Couch Fee

Hello I would not recommend due to being charged extra fees for a damaged couch that I did not sit on, nor was I aware of a damage or an extra $500.

Great Condo / Poor Service

Host not there upon arrival. Text message sent while we were in the air from Denver. Never heard from her again the entire stay. Collected $30+ for amenities that were not provided. The were no paper towels no broom or dust pan. Unit was appointed nicely. Replace host! Waited almost an hour for her to arrive.

Nuestra estadía en el apartamento de Icon Brickell fue excelente. El lugar es cómodo, bien ubicado y muy bien equipado, pero lo que hizo la diferencia fue la amabilidad y disposición de Lula, su manager, quien siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó en todo para que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente hermosa. ¡Muy recomendable!”

Incredible Views and Location

This condo is located in the heart of the financial district and is surrounded by amazing shopping and fun activities. The view from the balcony truly is gorgeous and even better in person! The owner was very accommodating when we arrived later in the evening and made sure someone was there to meet us and get us checked in. She was also super responsive--the TV and a few lights weren't working when we arrived and she fixed it within an hour of me texting her about it. The condo building amenities are fantastic. Amazing pool deck with 3 different pools, a fitness center, a bar and a restaurant and a super yummy coffee shop right next door--we loved having access to these! The only thing that was less than perfect was the master shower. The showerhead is positioned in such a way that it sprays water through the crack in the shower door unless you move the showerhead to just the right angle and keep it there, so the floor and shower mat got soaked several times. However I think this would probably be an easy fix for the owner to make. Overall a really awesome spot to make your homebase for your glamorous Miami experience!
