Cozy, Yet Modern! Inviting penthouse condo in Vail Racquet Club. Remodeled 2 bedroom with a loft sleeps 6. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, and cozy fireplace. Private and spacious deck overlooks Gore Creek and evergreen trees. Easy access to Vail’s free bus service. Hit the slopes, or enjoy the hot tub, pool, and club house(Fee applies). PLEASE NOTE: PROPERTY IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR, NO ELEVATOR. STAIRS ONLY!
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a bank bed with a full and a twin bed. There is a Guest bathroom across the hallway. The sofa is a queen sleeper.

The loft is a fun get away area, especially for kids, as one can not stand up completely in most areas. The unit has a washer and dryer.

For your information, the Vail Racquet club charges 35$ per person per day for club house use.

Comfortable stay, great location

The space was beautiful and had everything needed. I was especially impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was. The location was just a 10 minute drive from Vail and had a bus stop nearby (though a bit far to walk). Would stay again.

Destination Wedding

Lovely condo. Beautiful view of river. Convenient to Vail Village. Clean. Lots of things included in bathrooms and kitchen. Didn’t even use the loft. Was perfect. People are so friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend

Hidden gem

3rd floor unit with excellent views of Gore Creek and trees. Very well appointed, everything was in good working order. Prompt and easy communication with property owner. There is some road noise and no elevator, but neither is a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed a very homey and comfortable stay. Will stay again!

Exactly as Hoped For and Expected

It was three of us - my wife and me (in our mid sixties), and my mother (mid eighties). And my mother had approved our stay on the third floor with no elevator. She managed OK, but the forty steps up does get your attention! The location is AWESOME, as it is an easy drive to Vail WITHOUT having to get onto the freeway. And the unit itself is right on Gore Creek, with a very spacious deck overlooking the creek, and tall pines towering nearby. We just loved having the sounds of the creek when the windows were open, and it was not an issue with windows closed. The unit’s two bathrooms are a bit cozy but very functional. Seating in the main area is comfortable, especially in the two side chairs. The decor is tastefully updated, and there are a number of small touches which really make a positive difference for guests - like lots of hooks, shelves, benches, stools and luggage racks. And personally, I LOVE the 1870-2000 Colorado photo book. All in all a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend, and/or come back and stay again ourselves.

Great property!

We stayed for a long weekend and the condo was a great spot for my family! Our toddler loved sleeping in the loft area, and the patio was an awesome space to sunbathe, eat, play, and enjoy the creek!

Awesome stay

We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and some fishing. We immediately felt at home, the property was exactly as represented. Very clean, everything we needed. Very well kept, quiet, peaceful location. Check in, check out easy. Host was awesome and answered questions quickly. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in east Vail

This was a great place to spend graduation weekend in late May. Wonderful mountain views and very clean. Check in and out were seamless. It is third floor with no elevator so people with mobility issues should be aware. It was no issue for us. Highly recommended!

Spotless and Comfortable

Felt like a treehouse!! Very easy walk to the Vail bus. Well stocked kitchen and Chantal was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

My review

Really nice property in the Rockies. The check in process was simple. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had throughout our trip. The location was ideal with easy access to Vail Village. The condo was clean, well supplied with all necessary items (towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc), and the grounds were also well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again.

Nice cozy Apartment

Well, equip. old building recently remodel apartment. Far from Vail downtown but with accessible free transport. The apartment has all the amenities great if you like some isolation.

Awesome!

Owner was fantastic to deal with. She communicated back with me immediately and was so accommodating! Place was clean and inviting and has everything you need. A little bit further from where my family was staying but that was no big deal because there is a free ahutlle that runs all day all night. Highly recommend Thank you!

Family Trip

It was perfect for our family of 5. Close to Vail Village - can take the free shuttle if needed. Beautiful surroundings. We live in FL so it was a complete change for us. Amenities were amazing - this condo has everything you need.

Beautiful condo

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. We had a fire each night and watched movies on the smart TV. Very laid back. The view to the creek is beautiful especially after a snow fall. The property manager went in and above for me when I left a pillow and a blanket there. She mailed it to me. I would stay at this condo again when back in Vail.
