Very nice property. Communication was great for check in/check out. Far enough to enjoy a more laid back environment but conveniently located to town. Nice feeling of being in a mountain environment. We enjoyed our stay.

Place was beautiful as advertised and the hot tub right outside door was a bonus. Host was very responsive. Great stay and look forward to booking again.

Great place

Location was beautiful, right on the river. Condo was clean and amenities were nice. Would definitely rent here again.

Excellent

Beds are comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, the fireplace was warm and cozy, the hot tub was perfect for after skiing. We would happily stay here again.

The unit was perfect for our stay with our adult son. We loved this quiet unit supplied with all we needed for a great 6 nights. Plenty of seasonings and supplies for simple cooking and separate bath for 2nd bedroom. Thanks for all you provide to make for a comfortable and easy stay.

Great Condo for Ski Season

Really happy with this condo! We booked it for a ski weekend and getting to and from Vail via the bus stop was great. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing.

We hit the jackpot with this property! I did not understand when I booked how close the river was and how beautiful the back patio would be in early June! The property had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I would rate this rental as among the best I've encountered in Colorado mountain rentals. The interior was high quality, practical, not pretentious. The shared hot tub was steps away from the unit front door. The patio was lovely. The condo faced east, and was surrounded by woods, with Gore Creek below shielding the road noise from I-70 in the distance. We did a summer rental. I would look for this group of condos, and this unit for a winter rental for sure.

Lacrosse Shoot out

Condo is super clean and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable! Gorgeous outdoor surroundings with a nice patio. Nice Amenities. Felt like home! Check in and check out easy! Great communication. Pool and hot tub so relaxing. Couldn’t ask for any better!! Had a great stay!

March Ski Trip

This Unit at Timber Falls in East Vail is a great place for your stay. Completely updated 2 bedroom condo. Best things: Updated, fully equipped (cook-ware, Ninja smoothie blender, washer/dryer, great beds, floor heated, well maintain unit and quiet. I planned request the same unit on my next trip to Vail.

Fantastic Gataway

What a beautiful condo in East Vail. We and our friends had an incredible time staying at this condo. It was clean, bright, perfect size, had two king beds, and right on the shuttle bus route to gondola one. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which is just outside the door, steps away. The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook delicious meals and there is a weber gas grill that was perfect for grilling steaks and fish. Looking forward to staying there again next time.
