Great location
I have never stayed in queens bay before and it was a great location , walking distance to some restaurants/bars. The pool is nice, and was heated with a view of the golf course.

Loved our stay here...fantastic location and the condo was perfect. Great communication with owner and they make it like home. If we visit again we will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Location
The property has a great pool, easy boat parking, and restaurants are within walking distance. The actual unit is clean, well kept, and the AC worked well.

Outstanding condo and location!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfectly clean, comfortable and well appointed. Elaine was very helpful and responsive answering any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

ROBERT WAS THE PERFECT GUEST. GREAT COMMUNICATION WAS PARTIALLY ACHIEVED BY FILLING OUT OUR REGISTRATION FORM, I WAS ABLE TO FIND HIS ADDRESS FAST. THIS CAME IN HANDY FOR RETURNING THE SILVER NECKLACE HIS DAUGHTER LEFT BEHIND. SO HAPPY THEY HAD A GREAT TIME. THEY CAME FROM A LONG WAY OFF. Loved the people. So happy their time was not wasted. Life is too short! Yes we keep batteries lightbulbs and books for everyone to enjoy. They didn't have the opportunity to use our new high speed internet. We were able to refer them to site 6 for jet ski launch. Also the marina

Heinrich vacation fun
The area we love, and the Queens Bay Resort is the BEST. Our condo was very lovely decorated, but we found the bathroom faucets are in need of some love and updating as we were afraid to full the faucet out by the handle for fear of it coming off the wall in both bathrooms Other then that, I would frequest this condo again!

Havasu Getaway
We came down to watch Desert Storm. The condo was great! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had, and I had a bunch since this was our 1st VRBO experience! The room was in the perfect location. Close to everything. It was very well appointed with anything we would need while on vacation! We will definitely stay here when we come back!!

Now we have new wood floors took down a wall to open up the space and bought two new recliners and area rug and frig.

Yea says it all! We have had air ducts and vents cleaned carpet and some walls cleaned also bedspreads just lately. Please tell owners of any work that needs to be done

Great time in Havasu
We loved the condo as it has absolutely everything we’d need for a relaxing weekend. Only critique would be the mattresses were hard as a rock and my gf and daughter couldn’t sleep on them.

Comfortable space
The condo was the right size for our family of 4 plenty of bed space and seating for everyone. Easy walk to London bridge and watersports rental locations. The complex was quiet during our stay and everything worked as intended.

Good Stay
We love staying at Queens Bay condos when we come to Lake Havasu. This is a great unit and Elaine is very communicative with renters. The master bed is an extremely firm bed. Plenty of room for our family of 4!

we have put in a soft padded mattress protector, and will put in more padding. WE HOPE THAT IF THIS IS TOO MUCH PADDING, THE RENTER WILL TAKE OFF ONE LAYER OF PADDING. WE AIM TO PLEASE EVERYONE. SO HAPPY EVERYTHING ELSE WAS UP TO PAR. WE JUST PUT IN 2 POWER RECLINERS IN LIVING ROOM. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO IMPROVE. WE JUST REMODELED A SHORT TIME AGO NEED NEW VIDEO TO SHOW THAT.

The property was clean and well appointed. It did open to the exterior which we were surprised. We thought it opened from the hallway. It’s in a neat part of town walk ability was amazing to so many things restaurants entertainment you name it.

This was our 4th time staying here and we highly recommend it. Perfect location, clean space, close proximity to the London Bridge Resort and boat launches. Elaine is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Lake Havasu visit
The property is very nice and a perfect spot for a quiet quick vacation. The unit was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool a lot. Its right down between the London Bridge area and Rotary Park, perfect spot for families and couples. Also very close to grocery and other amenities. Small issue with the hot water heater, but that was quickly rectified.
