Thanksgiving Vacation for a family of 7

The site pictures dont do the home justice. We were very happy upon arrival. No issues and when we had questions the host was quick to respond. It was a great stay and i would recommend the property for larger families.

Enjoyed our stay

I like the property but the neighbor's dogs bark a lot. This is not the owners fault. Backyard faces Hwy. 95.

Thank you for staying with us! The neighbors sometimes have their dogs outside in the morning, if it’s cool outside. Most of the year they are inside. Thank you again and I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. We had a glitch with the ice machine, by it was repaired in no time. We didn't even have to take the garbage out, as the owner had a person do that for us. Talk about getting spoiled! The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, which is a plus for us. The TV in the main bedroom broke down on the last couple of days of our stay. The owner said that he'd get it replaced, but we left before he could do it.The neighbors were friendly and thoughtful. Also, there's plenty of parking for all.

Outstanding

This is our 5th year of wintering in Lake Havasu. With that said, it was far and away the best place we have stayed - all the way around. Cleanliness - over the top - by far our best of all the rental places we've stayed at. Communications - outstanding - short, sweet and quick!! Accommodations - exceeded our expectations. This is the first review I have ever done, that was enjoyable to do. Thanks again for a very enjoyable time.

Our Vacation stay

Thank you! We enjoyed our stay here at the Pirates Den! For our family with 3 young adult kids, it was nice that there are 4 rooms. Very nice private outdoor space in the back with a pool and hot tub. I had a question for the owner at one point, and he responded right away. Check-in was super easy. Great spot! Thanks again!
