Luxe + Modern + New = the perfect vacation at Chill 303, Winter Park's newest luxury condo by the slopes. This three bedroom, three bathroom, ski in ski out condo is nestled just below the Corridor Trail which connects the Mary Jane side of Winter Park Resort back to the main base area and features all the modern amenities your group could want. Warm up in the open living room and watch the snow fall. Cook dinner and entertain in the gourmet kitchen. And rest easy in one of the three immaculate bedrooms. Ready to get outside? Walk out your door to the heated walkway to the Corridor Ski Trail and ski down to the base of Mary Jane.

Bring up to ten people on your next Winter Park vacation and sleep comfortably at Chill 303. Rest easy in the two King Suites one of which has a Queen pullout for additional sleeping. Each King Suite has a modern ensuite bathroom with relaxing amenities. The third bedroom has two sets of Full/Full bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The entire condo is on one level and has elevator access to the entrance, parking garage and amenity level.

Additional amenities include remote check-in, keyless entry, elevator access, community hot tub & Endless pool, shared fitness facility, heated parking for one car + additional parking, hotel-style linens, and private ski lockers.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite with Queen pullout, Second King Suite, plus two sets of Full/Full bunks in the bunk room. Sleeps up to ten people.
