"Serenity Now" in Tivoli *Sandestin's Beachside *Golf Cart *Pool *Golf Course

"Serenity Now" is a beautiful Tivoli Townhome on the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. Our property is close to the beach, has a large community pool, comes with a golf cart, and is right on Baytowne Golf Course!

Our Tivoli By the Sea vacation home is just a short walk or golf cart ride to our beautiful emerald beach, premiere shopping, and gourmet restaurants. Loaded with amenities the whole family can enjoy, you will be coming back year after year! Home is located just 0.3 miles from the beach.

A large, generously stocked kitchen, granite counters and stainless steel appliances will inspire the family chef to make amazing meals. Plenty of seating for everyone at the dinner table and even extra spots available at the breakfast bar. After dinner, make your way to the large sectional and flat screen TV to enjoy a family movie or head through the French doors to share in quality family time on our charming balcony. The views are spectacular!

The master suite is a luxurious space for relaxation. With a king size bed, private bath, large flat screen TV and generous closet space, you will find it hard to stay awake! The 1st guest bedroom features another king bed, large flat screen TV and of course plenty of closet space. The final bedroom is perfect for the kiddos! You will find a Twin, a Full and two roll away beds for any extra guests you may want to bring. As always, this bedroom also features a flat screen TV and closet space. There are also two full bathrooms for the guests shared use, and a full size washer and dryer right in the home for your convenience.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Only one vehicle permitted per unit, and parking is on a first come first serve basis.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
