From our first contact with the host through the trip preparation, then check in and our stay we could not have asked for kinder and better hospitality. The house is excellent, located conveniently for Rome, Naples, local beaches and national parks. The house is well set up, well equipped and well maintained. Our hosts could not do enough to help us and to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons. Every one of our group loved the place and we look forward to coming back. Our host's attention to detail, warm welcome, kindness, generosity and Italian hospitality made the stay not just excellent but truly memorable. Thank you

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house, the surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a truly unforgettable stay. We really appreciated how well everything was taken care of — it felt like a home away from home!

What a wonderful stay. I can’t say enough about the home & host. Sara & her dad also made us the most delicious meal our last night there. What a treat! Genuinely great place & family. We appreciated the communication and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay! Nothing to say except everything was wonderful.

Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts.

The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a holiday that is relaxing after visiting Rome and all its tourists! Thank you as we will be backCiao Sherry

Beautiful vacation

We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

Better than you can imagine!

The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. Of all of the properties we have stayed worldwide this was the best without a doubt. We look forward to being able to return with our family.

Superb - I can’t recommend this highly enough!

Sara was the most incredible host from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The property was even better than the pictures and descriptions suggest. It has absolutely everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Thanks Sara!!

Amazing Home!

Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing private relaxing home

Everything about our stay was superb. The house was spacious and beautiful. Sara was absolutely amazing providing us with amazing cities to visit close to the rental. Anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful space to stay in Italy should definitely try this property. A car rental is recommended for the experience to visit surrounding villages and to get to the train station that is short commute to major cities. I can not thank our hosts more for an incredibly experience.

A very relaxing comfortable place to stay

It’s a perfect holiday villa, lots of space inside and out, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, dining area, excellent pool and it is needed for a relaxing holiday. Sarah and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts. Genzano is a lovely town, with great places to eat and a friendly happy atmosphere. The Infiorata was a real bonus. Easy to get to Rome by train and seaside towns as well. We loved it. Thank you family Bianchi!

Family Holiday to visit Rome

The property is fantastic and provides a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the poolside summer house and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. Sara and her family were very welcoming and available for any assistance. Rome is easily accessible by train with the station only a 15 minute drive from the villa and plenty of free parking. This was the perfect location for visits to Rome and to have a quiet and relaxed out of town base. We would definitely recommend it!

Great Location !!!!

The Villa is ideally situated to explore the wonderful countryside of Castelli Romani. There is everything you need and even more. We had a beautiful holiday in Villa Sara. The property was very spacious, clean, well maintained and very, very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the Villa because the atmosphere is fantastic and you never want to leave. Friendly and helpful owners. A paradise ....... we hope to return next year for a summer holiday!!

“EXCEPTIONAL HOME AND HOST”!! This location exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing location with beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. The outside kitchen was a great gathering spot for all our meals. It allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather while cooking and eating. The host made us a fantastic homemade meal. The also greeted us with a beautiful welcome basket. It was a wonderful surprise! We would highly recommend this to anyone!! You would not be disappointed.

Amazing property, incredible host

The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. We especially enjoyed her dining and winery recommendations. 2 weeks was not enough, we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sara you and your family are super hosts ❤️

The property was beautiful. It is clean and extremely well maintained. We traveled with a group of 8 adults, and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for all! The property could easily hold up to 10. Our villa hosts, Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara, made this trip truly special. They make you feel like family, and assist you with any needs or questions you might have. This trip was wonderful, and we chose the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!

Wow! Che bellissima casa!!

We were blown away with the beauty of this property! It was so peaceful, and quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Tucked away in the countryside. Our hosts were the absolutely sweetest! So kind and generous, I felt like family immeadiately after we arrived. It was also very accommodating for our young children. We loved it so much, we want to go back to this exact location and the same hosts. So much space and outdoor area to stretch all of our legs! The in-ground pool was perfect along with the stunning outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Grazie mille!

The hosts, Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara have thought about everything in this accomodation, it is immaculately presented, every conceivable aid is provided from all utensils, more than enough crockery, coffee machines complete with coffee granuals and a bumper welcome pack with milk, pasta, passata, bread, and more to get you started.The pool was wonderful, warm and clean, complete with it’s own aqua-bot which really impressed our son, he was fascinated by it as it travelled around the bottom of the pool and occasionally climbed the sides for air. The whole accommodation experience was just so comfortable, especially the beds, I haven’t slept so well for a while.If you have any problems, or queries or just would a like a meal booking, just get in touch with the hosts and they will be more than happy to arrange it for you.On one evening Farbrizio even made us a wonderful Pasta Amatrichiana, it was simply devine and just another example of the generosity and kindness of the hosts.You do need to be careful on the road to the property, it is in quite a poor state, this is of course of no fault of the hosts, but so much so that i got a puncture, but a quick call to the hosts and Fabrizio turned up and put the spare wheel on for me, just another example of there kindness and generosityNothing is too much for these people, they make your stay as stress free and enjoyable as they possible can.Thank you and much love to Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara from the Stevenson Family xx

Lovely host and host famlly

This is a very comfotrable house, with a terrific pool area and poolhouse. All what you need in terms of equipment is there. Good working Airco, important since it was 37 degrees when we visited. Nice table tennis table too. Sara and her Father Fabrizio (and his lovely wife) are super hosts, who will help you getting into the best restaurants and have good advise about nice places to visit in the area. React on the spot when you might have requests. Fabrizio hosts a great Carbonara. Our favourit trip: Nemi( 15 minutes drive). All in all would highly recommend.

Host couldn't have been more helpful

A lovely property but a little difficult to find. Everything about the property itself was a real home-from-home but better! Sarah was so helpful; she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we received a parking ticket despite having displayed a UK blue badge, she obtained a cancellation from the police for us! In the summer this must be a wonderful place to stay for all ages. It was great to have bathrooms for each bedroom with what seemed like unlimited hot water. In April, the heating was most welcome. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.
