The Big House: (2,500 sq ft - House 1) 5 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental is the perfect home to be able to have the family and friends all together while not being crammed on top of each other in a little 1000sq ft AirBNB. The Large master bedroom features it's own bathroom and the room is 20' x 40' and if you have many many guests there's extra space for blow up mattresses! The upstairs floor features a bathroom and two large 20x20 loft bedrooms with balconies that have wood decks that overlook the beautiful mountain trees scenery. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus. The living room has a stone wall with a gas fireplace for a nice country look. This home is perfect for entertaining your guests in multiple areas in the home. We encourage you to come and give it a try before it's already pre-booked for years to come! Middle House: Need a place to kick back relax and enjoy some mountain scenery? Look no further..... We have a 1600sq ft (House 2) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly remodeled vacation home that has a hot tub and a nice wrap around wood front porch patio deck. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus.

We have a 1900sq ft (House 3) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly remodeled 3 story vacation home that has two large bedrooms on the 3rd story with a bathroom and a back patio wood deck with balcony. The middle floor features the living room and the kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus. The 1st floor has the exercise room to keep in shape while on a vacation getaway.

The middle house is the only 1 story house, there are a few steps to get up on the porch. The hot tub room is located on the side of the middle house between the 2 bedroom 3 story house and middle house. Parking is on site with the two driveways. Hopefully this info helps :-)

We're located in the House Mountain Neighborhood with the trails of House Mountain Park only being 9min away from our front door. The beautiful trails wind up to Knox County’s highest point! The overlook from the 2,100-foot crest offer exceptional views of the parallel ranges of mountain ranges some 30 miles away. The trails can be steep as they wind through heavily wooded terrain dotted with impressive rock outcrops.

House Mountain also is a favorite place for birdwatchers as migrating hawks and warblers can be observed from the mountain. In addition, ruffed grouse, pileated woodpeckers, scarlet tanagers, wild turkeys, and more than one hundred additional species of birds have been observed on the mountain.

The 500-acre park (9min away), located at 9601 Hogskin Road, also includes a picnic area, shelter and restroom. We are lucky to be in the same House Mountain Neighborhood. Check out some of the views from the park in our photos.
