Kitchen is top notch with Ceramic top stove, Stainless steel refrigerator w/freezer and microwave - furnished down to the dishes, pots, and pans. Coffee makers, traditional & Keurig, silverware, and all the usual kitchen items are also present in the cabinets. If you find that you need something more in the kitchen, be certain to ask me, as I keep all kinds of ‘kitchen things’ available for guests’ convenience. WIFI is always included. Smart TV's for all your favorite streaming.

Bedrooms are fully furnished with a full-size closet. Bathroom is spacious and private. The full-size gathering room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, working desk space, dining table, and TV.

We received a reservation instructions very soon after we booked. We got in fine.The house smelled a bit musty in the refrigerator was not workingWe tried to turn down the air-conditioning so that it could take the musty smell out however, there was a limit on how low we could take it downWe then immediately left to go to downtown Knoxville. We struggled to lock the front door and head to contact Vrbo. Try to learn how to lock the front door. The owner did not provide a phone number for herself just Vrbo, which made this process difficult.Ultimately, after 15 to 20 minutes of trying to lock the front door, we were able to do so. When we came back, the refrigerator was now starting to get cold one of our guests slept on the sofa sleeper and every 30 minutes, another batch of ice would be dumped from the trays into the freezer ice box thus keeping this person up all night Additionally, she did not mention the proximity to a freight train that blows its horn and shakes the house for at least 15 minutes at two in the morning. Lastly, the tenants next-door, who I don’t attribute as an owners issue, came outside and talked very loudly at 3:30 in the morning. The location was fine for us since we were trying to go to a university of Tennessee football gameThe house was relatively clean aside from having a slight musty smellIt has all the things that you need such as a Keurig coffee maker along with coffee potsThere were six of us total in the one bathroom

Great place to stay

We will definitely be staying here from now on when we visit Knoxville. No more hotels for us!

First VRBO stay was great!

This place was awesome! It was really nice in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping. It made our family vacation way better and more affordable than a hotel would.

Wonderful stay

My son, I, and his friend stayed here. We really liked the house. It was very clean, quiet, and had plenty of room for us. It is located in a nice neighborhood.

Nice Property

My son, his friend and I stayed here for a few days before a conference we came for started. This was just prefect for our needs. The house is really nice and we enjoyed our time there.

Nice House

I was very impressed with this house. It was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

TN Softball Weekend

Enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Preferred this over a hotel room with 2 adults and 3 kiddos. Good location to town. We came to town to see TN softball. Thanks and hopefully we will get any opportunity to stay again sometime.

Knoxville Stay

The home was well equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. Check in and check out are easy and smoothe. A basic home that covers all the bases.

Weekend stay

My daughter had an event in Knoxville and we needed a place near the facilities. This was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, clean, and easy check in and out!

Great location

For a very busy weekend in Knoxville, the location could not be beat. It had the perfect amount of space for 5 friends who didn’t spend much time at the house. We had all the equipment needed to make a simple breakfast one morning. It was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Great price and amenities

We have plenty of room for all five of us and the place was well-stocked. The mattresses were not comfortable and the bedding seemed to not be very clean. Overall it met our needs and was a great location for visiting downtown Knoxville.
