Completely remodeled bungalow. This home has more than you will expect! Located in a community that is transitioning to accommodate downtown growth and development. Short walking distance to downtown Greenville, Crock Center, and Swamp Rabbit Trail! The uniqueness of this space is framed by a murphy bed, smart TV's, fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom with upgraded finishes. Guests have access to the entire house!

My best friend and I were in town for a concert and it was perfect. We loved how close it was to the mall and The Foundry for line dancing. The place was spotless when we arrived. The host was super kind and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this BnB! The space was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was so cute and quaint. It was very clean and well-stocked except for wash cloths. We were not steps to downtown, more like at least a mile walk over busy roads, so we did not feel comfortable walking downtown. We chose to Uber instead. However, the service was always quick and very affordable. Being close to the fire station, we did hear quite a few sirens and the house directly across from this one has two dogs that barked quite a bit as well in their outdoor lot. However, the bed was comfortable and we felt safe there. The furnishings were really nice as well. We would come back!

The place was clean but not advertised correctly. The area surrounding the house was run down and my friends and I didn’t want to walk at night around the area. The advertising of 11am check out and that is sleeps 4 was an outright lie. Me and my friend stayed there under the impression there were 2 beds as the place description says “Murphy bed and trundle bed”. However, there was only a Murphy bed and the host had no idea what I was talking about with the trundle bed. It was very disappointing. Additionally, they said we had to be out at 10am even thought the place description says 11am. The host needs to update the number of people it sleeps. It only sleeps 1, 2 if you don’t mind sharing the full Murphy bed.

The house was very clean and decorated cute. However, I arrived to the location one hour past check-in time and had to contact them personally to get the check-in information, it was never sent to me prior to my arrival. It was about 30 mins to an hour later that someone finally got back to me and I was able to get into the house. My stay consisted of 4 nights and the refrigerator/freezer didn’t work at all. I contacted them to inform them of it, I was told that maintenance would be made aware asap. Never heard another word or update. The food I brought all went bad. I was disappointed overall. My daughter recently moved to Greenville and I was hoping to find a place to continue to return to as I go to visit her; I am not sure I’d return to this house.

Listing said sleep 4,house had one full bed and one loveseat.Not pull out sofa or trundle bed

House next door is abounded with trash all around,same as 2houses across the street.People from home across where outside screaming and yelling many times during the night and their dog was barking all night long.Front off the house is so dirty with mold all over the stairs that we had to hold ourselves not to slep.
