We want to wish you a warm southern welcome to the Swamp Rabbit Trail Retreat, just a short walk or bike ride away. When you are here this is your home for however long you are staying and you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy.

Great place right by the swamp, rabbit, grocery and trail. The place was clean as a whistle, and we really appreciated the amenities. We would one hundred percent stay there again.

The property was immaculately clean and very well-maintained. This location was excellent for quick jaunts to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and even into downtown without having to stay downtown. The appliances were all in great condition and worked as expected and the HVAC was more than adequate. The host was communicative but not overly chatty so it didn't feel obtrusive at all. I recommend this property and host and we will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great location and clean condo! We loved the Swamp Rabbit Cafe for breakfast and walking on the swanp rabbit trail, all super close to easily walk to.

Outside didnt match the inside. Was pleasantly surprised with interior. Some minor flooring issues but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

The outside and neighborhood aren’t the most appealing but the inside is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. For us, the location was perfect.

Great location within walking distance to Swamp Rabbit trail with local grocer that serves coffee, lunch items, or groceries if you want to cook food in the kitchen. Really appreciated having basic cooking utensils and coffee in house. This clean, efficient space served us perfectly.

Great Stay

We had a great stay for a visit to Greenville! Everything was exactly as described and they’ve done a really good job on the inside of the unit. Would definitely stay there again!

There was an issue with the keypad and we were unable to access the property after multiple tries. Had to drive 2 hours home because we did not have a place to stay. I’m sure it was great on the inside but we never made it that far. Also in an undesirable part of town. If you do stay here, make sure you’re checking in early on in the day where you can contact the host to troubleshoot. Host was accommodating with a refund.

Sammy you forgot to mention you came in the middle of the night and never called us and yes sometimes tech doesnt work but we could have fixed it had you called and still gave a full refund. I think a 1 star review is very undeserving. You also said it is undesirable part of town? our other ratings speak for themselves that this close to downtown and close to swamp rabbit trail location is very desirable. When you come in the middle of the night to a city t all looks sketchy.

Was very close to downtown area and it is a couple of duplexes property which i did not expect, but overall satisfied and owner was very responsive. Cleanliness is a 10 out of 10.

Great stay

This was a perfect spot for us as we were in town to visit family and friends. The location put us right in the middle of the many people we wanted to see and the quick and easy access to the main Greenville roads is great. It was also nice to be so close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail as I was able to do my daily runs and my wife was able to walk. My teenage daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Coffee shop. Excellent stay!

Such a cute place. The property is close to trails for both hiking and biking and restaurants.. The beds, linens and furnishings all are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is great and safe for walking. There are televisions in both bedrooms and in the living room. The kitchen is appointed with modern appliances, a coffee maker offering an assortment of coffee options, water was already in the coffee maker, there were bottles of water in the refrigerator and a great washer and dryer. We plan on being returning guests.

The place was exactly what we needed.It was close enough to everywhere we needed to go. Inside I felt like someone was very meticulous on details to make sure everything was well placed in and that every inch of the apartment was utlized well. Thw outaide makes you think you got a lemon once you walk in, you feel at home.

Beautiful Place, Sketchy Area.

Inside of the property is secure and very well kept. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and beside a very busy highway. It is a short drive too downtown Greeneville.
