Great location - unit not so great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on beach was amazing but this particular unit was very outdated. Although clean it gave the feeling it wasn’t. Sliding door didn’t not work properly and had to call for service. Curtains were dated and had some mold. Would stay in the building again but not this unit.

Awful company

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were only able to stay for two of the seven days, the resort was shutdown due to a tropical storm, they sent out an email stating that all service were closed and suggested we leave for our own safety. I contacted Garden City Realty and was to by a very rude agent that we would not be given any refund, I suggest you stay away from this company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and well stocked. It had a musty smell when we first arrived but it went away. It is an older condo but had new appliances and furniture. The bathrooms could use some updating but all in all we enjoyed it very much.

Construction Nightmare June 3rd to 10, 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have nothing at all negective to say about the condo. The property was under construction of it's pool. A nightmare!!! From early in the morning until around 5:00 pm noise. We had to walk back around the building for beach excess and no port a potty and no rinse off station for chair's, feet, cooler's etc. before going back to room. Everyone doesn't want to pee in the ocean which it was like ice water. Construction Nightmare!!! June 3rd-10 2023.

water's edge review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed had sheets that did not fit on it. When I opened one of the packs the queen sheets in the pack fit much better. The floors were filthy. They have not been mopped in a long, long time. The light in washer/dryer area had a short and would come on and then go right back off. We enjoyed the TV and the recliners. I do not like just getting 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper. I would think paying this much to rent for a week you should get at least 4 of each. We enjoyed the ocean and pool area of course and the balcony.
