This house was perfect for our family vacation/reunion for 6 adults. There was plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen was very spacious. The living areas were comfortable and a great wall of glass for sunsets! We loved the outdoor deck and other private relaxation spaces, including the massage chair and hot tub! The home was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Michael was a great host, he even met us in person and gave us a tour of the property. He also kept in touch during the stay to make sure we had no issues. We saw deer and wild turkey on the property every morning and the neighbors were very friendly. I would highly recommend this property for larger families.

The property is great and exactly as described. The master bedroom is one of the coolest you will see. Plenty of activities to do in the house and plenty or porch space outside.

Well stocked kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare food for a large group. Hot tub was great! Beds were comfortable and there were extra mattresses and air mattress to accommodate people who didn’t want to share a queen bed. Host Mike was very helpful with questions throughout the stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful home, gracious host and a hot tub and espresso machine as added bonuses! Kitchen is perfect for “cooking in!” Would 10/10 stay there again!

The hot tub was awesome and the house had plenty of room for us (there were 3 couples) could have easily had another couple. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had all that we needed if we were to cook.

Not only amazing views, but amazing home. The pictures don’t do just to how nice this home is. From the quiet neighborhood and ease to local attractions to the high quality of furnishings and pure bliss this home has to offer.Three very impressive aspects include the host, the comfort of the home and the improvements that have been done to the house. The host is beyond knowledgeable of the area and immediately makes anyone feel at home. They are very prompt to reply to questions and concerns and truly care about a person’s stay.The comfort that comes with this home is beyond words. Each room is elegantly decorated, but comfortable enough that one doesn’t feel stuffing. Each detail adds to the stay. One can see and appreciate all the little things done at this property to make a person “feel at home” and there are some wonderful items to help a person truly relax. From the indoor hot tub and sauna to the amazing views and peace.One side note, our stay included 6 days/5 nights and I would recommend not having small children with you. Our grandkids loved everything, but the property is big and we chased them continuously. This was our bad and has nothing to do with the house or host. This house is perfect to rest and get away…not chase your grandkids. Leave the little ones at home and truly enjoy this wonderful home.

Exactly where you need to stay

Our family was celebrating high school graduation. The house was excellent! There are a ton of stairs so we were worried about the little ones but it worked well. There is so much space that if we had needed a break from one another, we wouldn't have seen each other. The outdoor areas were our favorite. Quiet and peaceful. I think there are 5 different areas to hang out outside and we used them all!

Family Fun

This home provided our family with plenty of space in comfortable rooms and an equally spacious yard with decks to enjoy fun in the sun (also shade when needed.) Michael is an excellent host and made sure we were thoroughly informed about all the house had to offer. The location is ideal to Rocky Mt College as we were in town for a graduation there. Located close to the fairgrounds, restaurants and plenty of trails along the rim rock. An awesome and luxurious stay!

Michael was so incredible through the whole process prior, during, and after our stay. His communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay special, absolutely amazed us. We cannot say enough great things about him and his stunning home and property. It was truly an unforgettable stay for my husband and our guests - we will definitely be staying again!! Amazing place for families to gather with enuf space!

Mike was amazing and very helpful, great guy! The house is pretty amazing, so big and so much room we played Marco Polo to find where a person was in the house, made the trip even more memorable!! Will definitely rent this property again!!
