This is the one! A fun, relaxed beach experience with luxury amenities. Spacious, newly-remodeled two bedroom, two full bath condo on 22nd floor of oceanfront building. Gorgeous views of Ocean, Bay, and Town. Brand new furniture and appliances throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and explore Ocean City, with a year-round indoor pool, huge game room and snack shops for winter months or bad weather days. Sleeps 8 comfortably in a king, a full, two twins, and a pull out queen sleeper. Strong, private Wi-Fi, 50” and two 32” flat screen HDTVs with Amazon fire stick. DVD player. Electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, dining table for six, large breakfast counter. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod maker, instapot, large electric griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, etc. Puzzles, games, movies, books, and some beach chairs and toys provided. Brand new flooring and paint throughout. Building is in a great central location close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, and memorable getaways!
We offer linens for your stay for $100 for all beds and the pullout sofa. Please let us know in advance. The sheets will be bagged and in the condo when you arrive. You can then just leave them on the bed when you leave. The unit is on the 22nd floor of the The Quay on 107th st.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of four with room to spare. The balcony was lovely and the view is beautiful. Beach access was convenient. Our kids also loved both pools. Our host was amazing and very communicative. There was an issue with the AC and Paul was great about keeping me informed on the status of the repair. He also went above and beyond to keep us comfortable by purchasing several portable AC units and setting them up for us. He also checked with the repair company daily and stressed to them how important it was to have it completed quickly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The pictures do not do this place justice. I was expecting a small space, but the condo is very spacious. We had 6 adults and 1 child and we did not feel like we were on top of each other at all. The view is amazing and the condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The lobby of the building is literally 20 steps from the beach. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The only issue we had was that the spare key was missing its fob so we had to use the second floor entry when we didn’t travel together, which was fine for us but may not be feasible for someone with mobility issues. The hosts said they would order another. The A/C and water pressure are a little lagging, but these seem to be building issues generally and we were never uncomfortable (hosts provided plenty of fans). There are a lot of rules to follow for the condo association, but they are all things you should expect really. Overall it was a great stay! Would stay again for sure!

This is one of the best places we have been. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Unit was larger than we expected. Rooms are clean and were as described. The owner Paul was easy to communicate and responded quickly. We will definitely book this place for our next trip.

Perfect Beach Spot

Very cute place! We had everything we needed for our family of 6 to have a nice, comfortable stay. I love that the area is a bit quieter than some spots in OC. Also nice to have both beach and pool options.
