Ready to vacation at the beach? There is no better stretch of sand and activities than Ocean City, Maryland!! When you come to the beach, it's best to stay right ON the beach. Enjoy your Ocean City stay at this meticulously clean, well-appointed, family-oriented oceanfront 3-bedroom condo!

Kitchen: fully-stocked with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, serving pieces, and bakeware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a table seating 6, full-sized appliances, drip coffee maker and Kuerig K-cup coffee brewer, toaster oven, crockpot, and blender.

Living Room: Queen sleep sofa, comfortable seating, and smart TV for internet streaming. The wall of sliding glass doors showcases the ocean.

Balcony: 3rd-floor level looks out over the dunes to see clear views of the beach and ocean. Table for 4 and 2 chaise lounge chairs.

Bedroom 3: Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, 2 closets, smart tv, and a private bathroom

Linens:
Bed coverings, extra blankets, mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, bath rugs, and kitchen dishtowels remain in the unit. Linens for beds and bathroom towels are switched for each rental. Renters must bring or rent beach towels, additional bath towels, and any other desired linens.

Hallway: Bathroom #2 and washer/dryer closet

Our unit is a great place to stay for summer family vacations, a ladies or guys weekend get-away, golf trips, Convention Center activities, Spring and Winter Fests, and tax-free outlet shopping in Delaware.

No smoking or pets are allowed by condominium rules. If it is discovered you have a pet, the condo association evicts and rental and deposit are not refunded.

Parking...the most common question I am asked: There is 1 parking space assigned to the unit. The space for this unit is very tight, width-wise to swing in and out of. Note that there is not enough clearance (65”) for some mid-size and larger SUVs. This would be frustrating if you were not aware of it ahead of time. We have an SUV (Acura MDX full-size) and park either on the street (whenever it's available--morning and dinnertime) or across the street (which always has spots). Street parking is FREE. You cannot park in any of the other spots as each is assigned to a particular unit.

Families and adult renters only please. WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS--PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Cost is the rental rate plus MD State (6%) and Worcester County Local Taxes (6%), Cleaning Fee ($195), Linen Fee ($155), Damage Protection ($59 non-refundable premium for $1500 of VRBO third party insurance protection plan).
